"Cs doors not sealing, confirmed complaint. I found the Rc door on the inner corners have a gap and door gaskets has a white powder stuff on it. I used food grade petrol jelly to clean off the power and used my heat gun to help seal the doors. Advised to keep and eye on it. Also mentioned a noise that sounded like the compressor she has a video of it but unit is not making the noise right now so i advised to monitor it. Unit is working properly at this time."

Cx complaint is that the ice maker slowed production then stopped altogether. Upon arrival I found that the unit is 6 Degrees (set at 5) and 35 degrees (set at 33.) I ran tested 56 and found an E5. I then ran test 57 and the ice maker harvested. I then ran test 45 and and the valve activated but the ice maker did not fill. I then ran test 19 and verified that the fill tube heater is getting 123.5 v. I also ran test 36 and found that the ice box fan is functioning properly. FC temp is 62. no fans or anything running, only lights seem to be working. cx said control was repalced recently by another company. entered programming mode. unit shows correct code is saved but when mode is exited display goes back to --. pressed up and numbers appeared in both displays. set each to 4 and fans started running, damper opened. let unit run while i called techline to document. after 15min on hold with techline FC temp had dropped to 48. by the time i got off the phone FC temp had dropped to 37. techline advised replacing no parts at this time. said it could have been a programming issue with new board. unit is workign as designed."

"cx complaint is the unit displaying an error code FAE5. they said cycle starts but error pops up quickly and cycle stops. checked for codes and found FAE5, FAE2. cleared codes, ran sevice cycle. unit ran drain pump, started to fill then drained and FAE5 started flashing. found no loose connections on control board or wash motor. replaced wash motor with preIDed part. restroed power and ran service cycle. unit completed cycle with no leaks, issues or error codes. unit is working as designed."

"Cx complaint is that the LF burner is not working and the unit is displaying a F9E0 error code. Upon arrival I verified the error code. I removed the rear cover and verified that the voltage incoming was correct. I then inspected the main harness and found no issues with the harness. I then inspected the Burner and found that the rectical that the coil plugs into has had a thermal event and failed. I also found that the harness and failed and separated from the recetical. I am ordering the control, infinite switch and upper harness. Customer complaint unit is still doing the same thing the light is freezing the ice bin is not coming out and the door is hard to pull out. I twawed the unit and found the unit is not sealing correctly. I adjusted the gaskets and thawed the sliders. the doors and ice bin started to come out but the middle slider on the ice bin has failed and needs new one. the sliders are not pulling the unit in. I called techline and thye told me to replace the Sliders and to add silicone around the unit. there is a small gap on the top of the liner. Ordering adhesive both sliders and glide. "The complaint was you, and it wouldn't drain a wash. Confirmed the issue, test it. The drain pump got twenty, test it. The voltage going to the drain pump which was a 120 V. After that, I removed the drain pump from the unit. Seeing that the drain pump had some type of clothing and metal wire stuck in it. Removed everything inside the drink pot test it unit and everything worked as it should The client drain Line in the house is much too short. I believe that things are getting caught back up. Because it's not going up high enough. The drain line in the house is only about 20 inches high. And it needs to at least be 32 to 42 inches. High, showed cx, cx says she will get fixed as soon as possible"
