"Cs doors not sealing, confirmed complaint. I found the Rc door on the inner corners have a gap and door gaskets has a white powder stuff on it. I used food grade petrol jelly to clean off the power and used my heat gun to help seal the doors. Advised to keep and eye on it. Also mentioned a noise that sounded like the compressor she has a video of it but unit is not making the noise right now so i advised to monitor it. Unit is working properly at this time."

"CX complaint is that the unti stoped mid cycle. On arrivel I found the unit to be filled with clothing and standing water . I was able to mauely drain the unti with a wet vac. ( I found the CPVC fitting / standpipe loose to the cast-iron drainline. ) I advised CX to have a licensed plumber inspect . I foud that in diag the unti had a F9E1, F6E3, F2E1, and a F8E6. I found the drain pump to not begetting the propper 120 V's to the drain when cycled on. I also found that the control console is intermitant with selections . I found no concwrns with the harness. I am ordering 1 console control (W11478526) and will use drain pump and control on return visit set for 10/16; ordrng 1 W11478526 (control console)"

Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Refrigerator is making Gurgling noises / L.e.d. Light is out in the Refrigerator Section under Ice Maker. The Gurgling noise is coming from the Freon that is moving throughout the system. I advised the cx that this is normal sound. Cx hears it a lot more then usual. Checked the L.e.d. Light under the Ice Maker. I'm getting 13.2 Dc Volts to the Light. Installed new L.e.d. Light. ( Cx doesn't want the 3 point L.e.d Light. Cx doesn't want it to be brighter then what it is now . "CX complaint long time to dry the clothes, timer not running.Ran a high heat timed dry cycle, noticed of small flame from the burner and temperature not getting hotter that 120F. The burner never turned off. The timer worked ok on timed dry. Quoted repair $571.28, with $125 labor for burner assy replacement. BEFORE THE BURNER REPLACEMENT WE HAVE TO CHECK THE GAS PRESSURE AND MAKE SURE THIS IS OK. I was unable to replicate the issue with timer, Cx aware, if the issue comes back, a new timer is needed too. "replaced ignitor. tested everything else while i had unit apart. only other thing i could find wrong was valve coils were reading too high was reading 1320ohms and should read more than 1270ohms. replaced valve coils. tried to test unit but when i run the dryer diagnostic cycle it runs for 5s then gives d5 Coin1 error because coin box is full. tried to see if there was anyway to get coinbox out while i had unit apart but there isnt. cx said she didnt have a locksmith put on a different lock, she had a friend drill it out and install one sent to her from whirlpool. tried to get key to work but then found a broken off pick inside like someone tried to break into it. ordering a new lock, advised cx im not sure if ill be able to get it installed and she may have to have locksmith come out.; ordrng 1 W11308563 (coin box lock)"
