CX complaint FRIDGE no cool. Unit was unplugged. Inspected RC evap - no leaks or corrosion. Ran test 38 no Watt draw but display shows in defrost. Htr measures in spec. Replaced evap harness. Got good voltage & HTR getting hot. SEE SDPICS > JJ

cx was s1 error code it was actually f1e0. unit gave error code when trying to pre heat put unit in a diag didnt have any other error codes. instaslled control part was 150.00

CX complaint is dryer long dry times. Inspected/tested and verified venting is clogged with lint. Failed airflow test with WP tester 3 times. Unhooked line and then passed test. Vent needs to be cleaned. Unit also has a deffective door seal that is fraying. Ordering door seal and adhesive. Rescheduled CX for Wed 5/10/23; ordrng 1 W10861521 (seal-door) and 1 WPY055980 (adhesive)

"Replaced Condenser and compressor per prior diagnosis. Pressure tested with 140psi of nitrogen and found no leaks. Vac'd down to 30in for 15mins. Filled with 4.75oz of R134a. Final low side pressure was at about 1psi., RC was 38psi and FC was 7psi. Also replaced control because CX was at6.0 version for software. Informed CX 24-36hrs for unit to get to temps. Job is complete"

cx says the unit is dripping oil under the unit. found the unit is leaking from under the unit with oil. sealed the unit and verified the unit is got a 6 inch line for the duct. flap not opening all the way so informed the cx and she said they will take care of it

"cx complaint unit will start but wont do anything and wont lock lid. inspected unit and verified complaint. ran diagnostics, f6e3 communication error, f7e7 motor unable to reach target rpm, f1e2 motor drive module over voltage, f3e2 pressure system fault. lid locks in component activation. pressure hose is good. both windings of motor read 8.5 ohms, should be good. found when trying to run motor it just hums and doesnt turn. so it cant complete sensing to lock the lid. cleared errors and replaced control. no errors came up when i plugged it back in this time. ran calibration and autotest, both completed properly. also started quick wash cycle and waited until it advanced to wash then ran drain and spin. all ran correctly. no errors came back. unit is now working properly."

cx compliant leaking at bottom left of washer. so i put unit in a automatic test to test all wash and fill components was not able to duplicate the leak only wateer i seen was from two drain hose he taped together which was leaking but not the source of the leak he called about. advised cx use and monitor unit.

freezer section going from 1 f up to 28 f cycling through out the day not always as high as 28 f but once hit 28 f replaced evap fan motor last vist now ordering control and thermistor; ordrng 1 w11562260 (control) and 1 WPW10384183 (themisor)

cx complaint no cool. cx removed unit upon arrival. arrived to find unit unplugged. plugged unit in to find compressor and condenser fan not get 120 vac from control. replaced control and plugged unit back in. condenser fan and compressor came on. waited 5 minutes verified beginning of frost pattern on evap. advised cx to allow 24-48 hours to cool completely prior to calling back if unit not working. cx agreed. turned ice maker off notified cx of ice maker off position until cx turns water back on cx agreed. unit working as designed

"cx complaint unit freezing items in the rc section. inspected unit and found 35 degrees on sode cans in rc w/ thermal coupler. (cx digital temp gauge even showed 36.5degrees). checked and found -5 to -6 in fc w/ thermal coupler. contacted techline to add to file. techline asked about the loading of items into the rc. found a jar of liquid directly blocking the air path of the damper door. found on every single shelf there were items prohibting air flow down the vents of the back of the rc liner. relayed info to techline. techline insisted cx be informed of proper loading procedure and suggested also raising temps in both rc and fc 2 degrees (+2 degrees in fc, 39 degrees in rc). unit appears to be opperating as designed and no parts are needed at this time."

cx complaint is unit is very low heat and takes a long time to dry and has good air flow out vent. tested and checked unit. power good. no codes found. tested and ran unit. unit set on eco boost. turned off and tested unit and unit heats great and in range. unit did have a wobble and found a roller stuck. was able to lube and losen and free and unit is quiet. advised to try a few cycles now and see how unit does. put a wet towel on sensor as well to test and unit checks. job complete.

cx complaint burning plastic smell when using oven. wife doesnt smell it but her husband said hes been smelling it for past month. unit doesnt have the hardwood floor under it so would have to pick unit up 3' to get it on top of floor and unit is big 6burner commercial range with real stainless and too heavy to lift alone and need 2nd tech to pull it out. cx said he usually smells it by the time it finishes preheating. ran unit at 350 for over 30min. dont smell burning plastic just a faint smell of food/hot air. there is come grease build up inside oven. advised cx to try cleaning out oven and see if smell persists before we have to charge extra 90 for a 2nd tech to pull it out and look for something failing or melting. advised SC is covered for 30days. cx paid 120 service call with c/c.

"cx complaint knobs are falling off, oven take long time to preheat, convect fan isnt coming on. inspected unit and found bezel adhesive no longer allows them to stick to console. also found stems on all 5 knobs to be stripped. I found bake and broil do light. I found convect fan does come on but no voltage to convect element, element tested good. i was able to access unit and replace the shifter as per previous tech. tested unit for noise and found unit now checks good.

Cx complained the hood fan did not work. Inspected the unit and found it only worked on speed 1 and not 2. Installed new fan and tested and the fan now works on both speeds. Job complete

Cx complaint unit making clicking popping noise at right front switch. Was able to access unit and found failed switch. Ordring switch and setting return for Wed 5/10/23; ordrng 1 wp3149400 (right front switch)

Cx complaint unit is not heating in both ovens. Inspected unit tested both ovens in bake 350 and nothing is heating up. Installed controls. Tested unit on preheat 350. Found thermal even on juntion box connection. Advised cx to contact an electrician.

NO ice or frost covering or inside evap cover. Found big gap in FC door between door and frame. The harness sent today is missing the adapter for the evap fan so i marked part as defective. Reordering gheater with evap harness and ordering fan motor just in case (adapter may come with the fan motor if not with harness. Cannot rescheddule due to SO part; ordrng 1 W11559968 (fan motor) and 1 W11650660 (heater with evap harness)

came out to resolve the issue. disassembled the unit as needed. replaced all parts and put the unit back together. unit is running as designed. temps are good to go.

CX COMPLAINT THE ELEMENTS NOT WORKING FOUND THE L1-N-240 L2-N-240 L1-L2.8.2 CX JUST BOUGHT THE HOUSE NEEDS ELECTRIAN TO FIX THE POWER SUPPLY VOLTAGE CX TURNED OFF UNTIL FIXED PROPERLY WILL CALL IF ANY OTHER ISSUE AFTER PROPER VOLTAGE.

cx complaint is the unit not draining. i entered diagnostic mode and ran each feature. drain pump buzzes but no water drains. i found a penny jamming the drain pump. once removed the unit drained fine. valves both fill properly and no water spilled. unit is working as designed. went to main office where i was told the manger went home so i couldnt collect service call.; saved tckt

installed control bd. and lock latch. was unable to test due to available to power.

"cx complaint freezer making noise and not cooling. checked temps 7.4 unit in defrost, cx advised me had door open previous to me being here to get unit to make noise. called techline spoke with Brandon. advised to check rear of unit and see if anything is rubbing, if not advise cx to put unit on rubber mat to isolate unit from floor. lowered unit back onto wheels and cx pulled unit out for me. pulled rear cover and found 3 lines that could havae potentially cause rubbing noise.advised cx to monitor future operation."

"cx complaint unit not cleaning, checked unit found 4-3 motor code, harness slightly unseated from motor, resated, verrified 120 vac to motor, unable to fully test w.o water supply."

Service Pointer #: W10689408. Got to the home because i could not make sense of the notes. I asked the customer about the issues and they explained that when they change temps the unit does not heat up. Service pointer adviced to hit the cancel button before changing temps. Customer was not hitting cancel before changing temps. Showed them the service pointer and adviced them to cancel cycle before changing temps. With temps i ran test and found the oven was heating but it would not reach 350 on my meter even when the unit beep that it has preheated. I calibrated to 20 up and now im getting temps High 373 Low 323 high 370 lo 326 high 370 low of 326. getting average of 348. as close as i can get. Oven was testing good 1018 ohms when cold. Refund 225.21 for part and partial labor. Keep 45; ordrng 1 look (look)

CX complaint: no ice. Tested and found the ice is being made. It took aproximately 45 min for first batch. CX may not have waited long enough. Unit is working properly. Job is complete

"i was able to access unit and first took pressures and fund 20 in vacuum on the low and 0 degrees on the high. I found .59 amp draw from compressor. called TL was told to purge system and charge with nitrogen. I found once charged with 140psi of nitrogen, psi pressure dropped immediately and I could hear a leak from the FC cabinet. I removed evap cover and looked for a leak and could not find one. leak is within cabinet. called TL back and was told product to be set to the exchange program. news about unit will be set to me within 3-5 days for update.; saved tckt"

Cx Complaint is the unit isnt cooling in rc. Inspected unit and found the unit is frosted over in the FC the harness has failed. Ordering FC heater harness.; ordrng 1 W11650660 (Heater)

cx has a few issues with unit. says wrinkle guard still does not work and signal sound doesnt always work and she has to use timed dry to run unit right she said. checked for codes and tested and checked unit. good vibration in unit while drum turns. took a bunch of tries for unit to take code. will order parts needed and office will schedule. 2 units in home and job will take extra time as well due to working conditions. office will schedule.; ordrng 1 WPW10298258 (Harness) and 4 WPW10314173 (Rollers)s
