The washer is installed on a pedestal and a drip pan made of very smooth plastic. the drip pan is anchored to the floor just on the left side troughtf the drain. The floor tiles in the laundry room are very smooth and the drip pan doesn't vave much grip with the floor on the right side, and moves forward during spin with heavy loads. Advised cx that the washer is working as designed, and there is nothing I can do for how this is installed."

Customer complaint unit is still not making ice properly and water is leaking from front of unit down to freezer door. Arrived today and verified complaint found error code E5 was still in icemaker after last text visit there was ice cubes that have been melted together in ice bin call Techline file number above. Check DC voltage at icebox fan and had proper voltage armed out for Mr. and had 6K ohms but unit has been open multiple times tested all evaporator fans and they worked as well for my past. Water pressure was good at dispenser. Techline had suggested we replace user interface and dual valve. I removed the rear cover and accessed the compressor. I found that the compressor is not running. I verified that it has 123 V going into the inverter box. I then checked the voltage at the compressor and found 0v. I also tested the compressor and found 8.6 OHMs at all 3 positions. I am ordering the inverter box.
