CX complai t was that her new unit was frosting in the FC. I found that the unit had a 6 inch long warm air leaking in the top of the FC door gasket where trh frost is devloping. I was able to use a heat gun o help relax the gasket and correct the concerns. I was also able to adjust the feet to help CX level the unit. I refferance CX to page 5 of the owners manuel to matinace and care of the unit. Unit is with in the 1st 30 days of ownership. Unit test good.

Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Refrigerator Section isn't cooling. Found that the cx is over packing the freezer Section. The intakes to the Refrigerator Section is clogged with Ice. This isn't allowing Air to have circulation. Removed all Ice from the vents with steamer. Coils to the Evaporator has a good Frost Pattern. Everything in the Freezer is frozen. Showed the cx how to load the Freezer Section properly. ( advised them to leave 1 1/2 inches from the back wall and don't cover the vents. Set the Freezer Damper to Max. ) Unit is working as Designed. ( Any questions please check Sd Pictures.)

Removed wash plate, found it covered in mold/mildew, looks exactly like what cx showed me was in bin, can see where pieces have been flaking off. Cleaned wash plate, called tech line, rep recommended running a whites cycle with 2 cups of bleach in drum, then quick wash while empty, then first wash should be whites. Also recommended doing everything they can to not leave completed loads in drum for too long after completion. Entered diagnostic mode, no saved errors, ran auto test, completed with no errors, unit is working properly."

arrived to looks like unit is working fine ice bin full to top frezer empty unit is going through defrost if a cooling issue we would have slow ice or no ice i really dont have any ic ebuild up in freezer just thin coat on top bin in freezer in spots some spots on freezer ceiling also. i do noticed right side of freezer door does not close as tight as the right freezer bin also was not installed correctly tab was not in place.i went to change the freezer fan to find the one i have is used and has a fan blade on top of fan. i pulled amp draw on compressor after unit turned on and started cooling again and started at .9amps then went to 1.1 and stayed there that should be just fine heat tansfer is good compressor is not hot and sounds good. called techline to document leon; ordrng 1 W11661208 (cover) and 1 W11578030 (fan motor) and 1 WP67006337 (fan blade) and 1 W11668671 (freezer drawer slide kit)
