"CX complains unit will not stop running. This is a safety call, and diagnostics are being covered by safety. Found unit unplugged on arrival, was able to plug unit in and unit began draining, was able to cancel cycle and unit did not begin draining again. ran unit through diagnostic test and unit cold water valve can be hear running but is not opening to allow water to flow out. unit hot water valve opperating fine. Unit finished rest of the cycle with no issues. Unit will need valve replaced for repair. called safety with findings and spoke to Amanda who said they will not cover parts or labor for repair. Quoted cx for repair to which they declined at this time. No further work needed unless cx calls in and agrees to pay for repair. CX EMAIL CONFIRMED."
