I removed the bolts from the gearcase and attmepted to separate the two but was unsuccessful. I am ordering the tub and outer basket and will need a 2nd tech on return to safely remove the old basket and tub since I am unable to separate the componants. I informed the cx that the parts will ship to them. "CX complaint: oven shut off on its own but unit was still on at the UI and light on inside. Tested and verified complaint. F6E0 error code many times. I did have cntinuity on all 3 lines to UI. Plugs are secure. When i was checking the continuity, ACU on right was not allowing continuity on yellow wire but had continuity on wires themselves. Also, could not get unit back in properly with 1 tech, will need second tech to get unit back in place properly due to inadequette structure under unit. Marking both ACUs for return but it is the one on the right that i found a problem. Could not repair today due to wholesale price over 150. Cannot reschedule due to AIG; saved tckt"

"cx complaint is still getting a smell of gas when unit is not in use. cx said it worked fine for a few days then gas smell started to return. my leak detector went off at the fitting on regulator that switches from LP to NG. called techline, they said to replace regulator again. replaced with preIDed part and turned gas back on. checked with gas detector at the regulator again. its going off in the same place as the last 2 regulators. called techline again. they advised coming back out with gas pressure meter and to get another regulator shipped directly from plainfield. unit should be getting 10-14 inch of water colloum. ordering regulator. please send tech back with leak detector and pressure meter.; ordrng 1 gaspressuremeter (gas pressure meter) and 1 combusibleleakdetector (combustible leak detector) and 1 WPW10546238 (valve-gas)"

"checked power supply at terminal block before replacing control and only have 4v L-N. 120vL-G and 120vN-G. tried replacing control, still not powering on. disconnected dishwasher wires from terminal block and power supply goes back to normal, 120v, L-N. reconnected unit to terminal block and it went back to 4v. called MR and we found that if i turn breaker on with door open then unit gets 120v and is able to power on. once you start unit and press cancel, power drops back to 4v as soon as drain pump starts running. seems drain pump is shorting and breaker just isnt tripping. advised cx we will order drain pump and another control and if that doesnt fix it then she will need to call electrician for power supply issue. advised if it does fix it she may want to replace breaker anyway.; ordrng 1 W11506011 (control) and 1 W11412291 (drain pump)"

"CX complains unit is not running through cycle but instead is humming then shutting off. CX has extended warranty. Ran unit through diagnostic test and found could valve not dispensing water. Went to check cold valve to ensure valve was not blocked and valve is not blocked, when going to check hot side inlet valve noticed hoses were not warm at all dispite being ran through multiple tests. Unit hot hose was connected to cold valve and supply was shut off, and cold supply was connected to hot valve and was on. When unit called for hot water unit was not recieving water in time due to being shut off and timing out. Corrected hoses and ensured both supply valves were on. Ran unit through quick test, unit went through test with no issues, no further work needed. CX EMAIL CONFIRMED."
