He said it was possible that the door was not shut all the way, after inspecting, there was a lot of food in the freezer, which could have caused the door to not properly seal, causing the frost. "cx complaint the unit is not working everytime and the issue is intermitten. tested the unit and during test cycle the unit popped an errro code f3e1. that stands for failed pressure circuit. replaced the switch and tested the unit again. this time the unit completed the cycle with no issues. this indicates that the pressure switch had failed. this explains how it would intermittenly work just fine and other times not at all. also tested motor, inlet vavles, drain pump, etc. all working as desgined. unit is good to go."

Tested the inletvalve sevaral times and it worked ok, no leaks. Foud also clogged sink drain, and water overflowing from the disposer. The unit has a good drain loop. Turned dw water supply off, the cx is monotoring to see if water collects in the tub anyway. If no water is found in the tub for the next few days, the vx will call to have the inlet valve replaced.
