He said it was possible that the door was not shut all the way, after inspecting, there was a lot of food in the freezer, which could have caused the door to not properly seal, causing the frost. "cx complaint is the unit not making ice. when i arrived i could only open the FC door 6 inches or so. i removed door, bins, and rails. items in FC were not solidly frozen. i used steam gun to clear gunk from rails they move smoother but dont pull back tightly when pushed shut. cycled IM, it compeleted the cycle but stopped several times with wheel turning back and forth. took about 10min to complete the cycle. unit had a large spot of frost build up in the upper right of the evap cover. i removed cover to find a large block of ice in upper right and only the top of the evap had any frost on it. unit has a SS issue. ordering IM, rails, compressor and evap for return visit. schedule with SS tech when apporved and when parts are available.; ordrng 1 W10884390 (icemaker) and 2 WPW10120018 (slide rail (frz))s and 1 W11256565 (evaporator) and 1 W10507884 (compressor)"

Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying when the Washer Agaitates it's making a Grinding / Grumble noise. ( Cx then put a load inside of the Washer on Quick Wash with more then 1 - 2 items. I advised the cx that this is made for 2 items only. ) I then ran Service Diagnostics on the unit. No error codes stored. Checked under the Agitator found coins. Removed all coins. Made sure Agitator is nice and tight. Checked the Slider to the unit. Nut / Magnet around slider is loose . Installed new slider. I then checked the Stator Motor. Motor is nice and tight. Tested the unit. No noise unit is working as Designed. ; used 1 W10734521 ( SLIDER ( DS / Vs )) from stock

Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Refrigerator isn't cooling. Checked the Evaporator Coil. Frost is only on the first coil. I then checked pressures on the unit. I'm getting 100 Psi on the high and -5 on the low side. Filled the unit with Nitrogen to 140 Psi. Unit will not hold pressure. Called Whirlpool Techline. Per Whirlpool Techline there is a leak in the cabinet. Unit is non-repairable.

"CX complains unit is not running through cycle but instead is humming then shutting off. CX has extended warranty. Ran unit through diagnostic test and found could valve not dispensing water. Went to check cold valve to ensure valve was not blocked and valve is not blocked, when going to check hot side inlet valve noticed hoses were not warm at all dispite being ran through multiple tests. Unit hot hose was connected to cold valve and supply was shut off, and cold supply was connected to hot valve and was on. When unit called for hot water unit was not recieving water in time due to being shut off and timing out. Corrected hoses and ensured both supply valves were on. Ran unit through quick test, unit went through test with no issues, no further work needed. CX EMAIL CONFIRMED."
