I was able to pop the top and ran a auto test cycle. I found the unit to be moving as if the draive shaft is bent. I found no oil under the unit and it is on level concrete flooring. I am orderingt 1 gearcase (W11454734), 1 drive cam (W10721967), 1 washplate (W10752283), and 1 hub (W1052847). Return vis t will need to be 2 call counted. I heard the relay activate but the pump did not run. I tipped the unit back and found that the harness has failed in a different lacation than the previous tech had repaired. I was able to repair the harness temporarilly. I quoted the cx for the cost of replacing the harness. Cx paid in full.
