Upon arrival CX said the unit has been working and making ice. Prior tech turned temp down in FC to -2. Took temps using thermo coupler device and got 34 in RC and -5 in FC(food temps). Took pressures and got 2psi on low side and 135 on high side. Spoke to robert at WPTL and he felt issue with FC ball of ice is 100% a defrost issue. Test 6 to check thermistor showed 3.74 ams so thermistor is good. The defrost is controlled by UI so he suggested replacing the UI. Explained to CX findings and he wants to continue. Ordering UI. 6 in stock. Reschedling CX for Mon 10/23/23. CX paid $287.34 for repair and is paid in full.; ordrng 1 W11330971 (User Interface)

I was able to cancel the cycle. I then ran the calibration cycle. Cx also said that the unit does not seem to fill with enough water. cx complaint unit cooled for 3 days then stopped. I found room temps in both RC and FC. hooked gauges to unit and found 20in vacuum and 75psi high side. I checked for leaks with dye and found a small leak at the cap tub on filter/dryer. i then purged system and fill with nitrogen and found bubbles from said leak on dryer. i was able to patch hole and filled with nitrogen again and found leak was gone. i was able to get system into a 30in vacuum and found it to hold for 20mins. i then charged system with 5.5oz of R134A. I found good pressures and unit began to cool. called TL to document issue. advised cx 24hrs for cooing 48hrs for ice. unit now checks good.
