"Customer complaint unit is not starting a wash cycle after my previous visit I have found the control was not responding with user interface, which is due to either a short or a break in the harness could not find possible braking harness, so I ordered parts to repair a possible shorted boarder part arrived today and replace those parts found unit filled now and is respondingbut when during service cycle, it tried to drain it did not. Unplugged harness for drain pump and tested at j2 and found no resistance through harness went under unit and disconnected drain pump and found drain pump owned at 20.1. "Customer complaint Concerned of burning smell, arrived today and inspected unit and found no error codes when arrived. Customer had closed in washer during a spin cycle. Customer stated he could smell it in which I could not stop spin Cycle and called Techline phone number above pulled an amp draw from wall During component activation and did not get above 6 Amps even on drive motor ramp up. Did not see any sign of burning or sparking. Was advised to tell customer that they need to clean their washer once a month using afresh tablet or something comparable. Unit is working as intended. No parts were needed advise customer to call customer care if they are still not happy with whats going on job complete"

"Cx states unit is leaking. Entered diagnostic mode, found saved F0E, cleared error, ran auto test. Completed with no leaks and no errors, found bellows drain holes clogged, cleared debris, water now draining. Inspected bellows, it's in bad shape but did not find any tears or holes. Bellows doesn't seem to seal great on top left corner of door, cleaned door, removed and reinstalled front half of bellows, did not change. Ran 3 more auto tests, did not find any leaks. Quoted cx for replacement bellows, they will call back if they want unit repaired."
