"On arrival foudn the unit not powering on. breaker was tripped. Breaker would trip as soon as you turned it on. Unplugged the dryer power cord and found the end of L2 melted and the could see visual signs that the outlet was defective. Cx needs to replace the power cord and outlet to restore power to the unit. If cx corrects voltage supply issue and unit is still not functioning properly, they will call us back. Job is complete."
