cx says the unit is not drying the dishes. cx isnt here but son and grandma is but she doesnt speak english and he doesnt know which cycle they use. showed the son that they must use a cycle with heated dry and can upgrade to extended heated dry. cx is not using rinse aid so infomed the son they must also use that if they want the dishes to be dry. the unit is now good

Cx complained the unit did not heat. Installed new mag and inverter and tested and the code is still present (F1E5) for interver failure. Spoke with tech support and there was 122vac with the door open at the 4903 relay to the p354. Changed secondary switch and tested the wires and cavity thermostats and there was still a code. Tech support says that the sparking may have damaged the appliance manager board and suggest to change again. Unit needs new appliance manager; ordrng 1 w11325786 (appliance manager)

"Cs icemaker is not making ice intermitternly, i set the icemaker into a test cycle and it didnt call for water the first time. Pulled unit out and checked the water valve, unit is getting water to the fridge. Secured electrical connections and tested icemaker again. Water valve now activates, Icemaker is now getting water. Water valves are ok. Tested a few more time and eachtime it called and filled with water. Icemaker is now working properly. Icemaker may be having a communication issue intermittenly. Customer will keep an eye out on it. If it stops making ice again, pre-id an icemaker."
