"cx complaint is the unit not completing cycles. cx said it just stops in the middle of the cycle with water inside unit. cx is able to drain unit by pressing cancel. i checked for codes and found F8E1 slow drain,F6E4 float switch open. cleared codes, ran service cycle. it completed cycle with no issues but i saw flow into the sink was slow. drain line looked very clogged at the end of the line where it attatches to disposal. i cleared debry and tested unit several more times. flow looks much better, no error codes appeared. unit is working as designed. cx paid 120 for service call."

Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Ice Maker isn't Dispensing Ice. Checked the Dispenser. Found that the Ice Maker is clogged with Ice. ( Advised the cx when using Crushed Ice to run Cubed Ice behind to knock out all Ice particles.) Removed all Ice from Dispenser. Tested the Dispenser. Unit is Dispensing Crushed / Cubed. Unit is working as Designed.
