the unit was unplugged when i arrived. cx says the oven heats while plugged in. plugged the unit in and found no faults in memory. found 120/240/120vac to the unit. the bake element is getting 0vac while the convection element is getting 120vac while not in cycle. moved the harness and saw a spark from the connection. felt around and no damage to the harness but a black mark on the convection disconnect. added insulation to the harness and moved away from connectors when reinstalling. the unit is no longer heating in diagnostics by the sensor. the unit i snow good

the unit is outside at the pool. put the unit into diagnostics and the unit is not filling but i hear it trying. water off and when turned on lots of water spilling out of the unit. the water valve is broken in half. activated the compressor and the unit is starting the compressor but soundng horrible. found 3.75aac in diagnosic cycle and doesnt drop temp below 4.5f before turning off. informed cx tht there may be problems in the water system after the valve is replaced since i cant test for leaks after the valve. showed the cx location requirements in owners manual. the cx does not wish to proceed at this time; ordrng 1 W10585391 (valve(168.49)) and 1 WPW10605286 (compressor(537.23)) and 1 W10843121 (drier(34.71))

"cx complaint lower spray arm getting caught on filter and long cycle times. cycles are 4hours, runs wash for at least 3 hours before drying starts. inspected unit and verified complaint. found filter insert not snapped in fully. reinstalled filter correctly and now spray arm will clear it. found cx using normal or prowash with heated dry. cycle times cx mentions seem normal. advised cx i will usually see cycles run for over 3 hours but selecting hi temp wash will shorten run time to under 3 hours. ran diagnostics, no errors. ran test cycle, everything running properly. advised cx to try using hi temp wash with or without heated dry and see if that helps. cx understands. unit operating as designed at this time."
