I ran test 56 and found E5, test 57 I found unit did harvest and found home postion. test 45 I found Ice mold filled with water. I found ice box fan works on test 36. test 15 I found unit knows when bin is full or empty. i found air supply channel was clogged with ice in FC. I cleared all ice and called TL to document. tl said see if ice comes back. unit checks good for now. i reset power to unit and cleared f5 error."

Cx complaint unit not producing ice and low cool. Was able to access unit and found compressor and fans running. Found 28F in FC. Hooked up gauges and found 16 in vacuum on low side and 90 PSI on the high side. Unplugged unit and allowed to equalize and unit equalized at 35 PSI.After plugging in unit went to an 18 in vac on low and 78psi on high running 54Watts Contacted techline ran test 38 step 100 and ran 84-89 Watts which indicates high side leak but since components had already been replaced and nitrogen checked leak is internal and unit is unrepairable. At this time no further work needed and whirlpool will reach out to cx for next steps

"CX complaint FRIDGE temps warm FC items are soft. Water or icicles form on back of RC icebox top left rear. Replaced RC evap (Corrosion & mastic is breaking up - See SDpics) compressor & UV drier. Checked for leaks & run vac, Filled with 5.5 OZ R134a. Good running & equalise pressures & good frost pattern. Pulls 180Watts. No more leaking from rear icebox to RC back left wall since I leaned unit back & doors are closing with good seal. CX complai t is that the room is getting humid. I was able to use a camera and take a pic of the venting behind the unit. The veting is not fully connected to the wall vent causing the room to become humid as the unit opperates. I was unable to pull unit out of the room due to the small space . CX will have to remove the door or move the washer to access the rear of the dyer. I advised CX to replace and shorten the vent hosing due to bends and kninks. Unit is opperating as designed.

cx complaint is there was a loup pop and saw sparks and a flash and the back of cooktop looks damaged as well. said blew the breaker and its not working. pulled unit and took back off. nothing broke or burned found a pintched wire where plae is under control. saw burned spot. fixed wire to test and check unit. was able to restore power to test and check unit. burners check. oven checks as well. will order parts needed and office will schedule. called unit in and spoke to Anna, was advised that also a exparts was created for parts since there back ordered.; ordrng 1 W11531755 (Harness) and 1 W11178791 (Cooktop)

"cx complaint is in the inteior light in lower oven being stuck on. when i arrived the light was on in that oven only. when lower oven light is turned off both lights are on but are dim. when light is turned on the left light come on full brightness and the right light goes out completly. no codes in diagnostics. went to componant activation and turned lights on and off. they work the same in diagnostics as in normal operation. swapped bulb but problem did not change. called techline to document. said issue could be in harness, light fixture or with control board. ordering board and oven light assemblies to be safe. schedule when parts are available.; ordrng 2 W11292252 (light-oven)s and 1 W11448962 (control board)"
