Cx complaint is that the unit is giving an F8E4 and is continuously draining. Upon arrival I verified the error code. I then found that the tray has water in it. I inspected the gasket and found it to be intact and functioning. i then emptied the tray and ran a quick wash cycle. I ran it for about 15 minutes and found noe evidence of leaking. I did find that the drain pump has debris in it's cavity. I could hear the debris bouncing on the impellar. I was able to clear the pump and found that it is now draining properly. unit is functioning as intended. I was unable to replicate the leak. Job complete

"Cx complaint is washer leaking. Tested inspected and verifed complaint. Found the cx has a floor drain that keeps backing up and causes water to be all over his basement floor. When the washer drains or the cx runs water upstairs, water will back up out of the floor drain. This is not an issue with the washer, the unit is not leaking water. Arrived today and verified complaint found F7E1 twice in error codes. Cleared error codes and ran diagnostic cycle during cycle when unit got to agitation and spin capacitor just hummedstopped test. Cycle powered off unit and disconnected power. Went under unit and found capacitor defective and leaking. Replaced part and reassembled unit tested unit is now working as intended. "cx complaint is the oven not heating properly. cx said it says it beeps that its at set temp when her thermometer shows that its not. after running for a while oven temp dropped form 350 to 100. cx had pictures of thermometer readings. i found no saved codes. temp prob shows 75 at room temp which is a couple degrees warmer than the room. ran a bake cycle at 350. average temp was 340. the more times the element cycled on/off the longer it took to ignite each time. ordering control, reg, ignitor and temp prob. schedule when all parts are available.; ordrng 1 W10861656 (regulator) and 1 WPW10324262 (igntr-oven) and 1 W11564648 (control board) and 1 W10833885 (sensor)"

I was able to access the drain pump and remove the catch tray and found that it had debris in it blocking the flow of the water.
