Upon further inspection I found the clip on the IM housing left side broken off and the tab on inside of bin for the right side broken off. There is no way for the bin to lock in and over time it pushes out allowing warm air into ice bin. Liner is not a serviceable part. Explained findingd to CX. Charged $139 SC fee which was paid by CC. "cx complaint unt will stop cooling and said will trip his gfci breaker in kitchen. so moved to another plug and seems like it will work then sometimes unit wont be cooling. inspected unit and is on and cooling good at this time some ice build up on evap panel evap is not frozen over. pulled unit out and checked compressor is warm and is pulling 1.2amps seems ok. unit might be having a compressor issue or the start and run relay for the compressor is going bad. i grabbed start and run relay from v/s and installaed them plugged unit back into normal outlet and started right up and began coolinng with no issue. I then checked the Heater Element. I'm getting 9.9 Ohms. Tco is reading 0.0 Ohms. Installed new Tco & Heater Thermostat. Tested the unit. No Heat. Checked voltage on the Control Board. Found that the K2 relay is only send 21.4 volts. Unit will need the Control Board. ; ordrng 1 W11618917 (CNTRL-ELEC)

"Customer complaint is that the ice maker is still not making ice and the door open indicator is not turning off. Found that the right side door is not making properly contact with the door switch. Hinge loosened to pull the door tighter to the right side side. Hinge resecured and the door is now contacting the door switch properly. Ice maker tested and cycled properly, but did not fill. Ran the fill tube heater test for a few minutes and then reran the fill test. Ice maker filled properly. Ice box fan is working properly. Customer to monitor for any further issues with the ice maker, but likely that the fill tube froze due to the door switch preventing the ice maker from running. The right side door gasket is torn, ordering gasket. Findings documented online with Whirlpool.; ordrng 1 W11544658 (gasket)"

arrived found unti is still cooling good freezer side has always made ice and never had temp issue. cx said when noise happens she opens fridge side since it sounds like its coming from there and temps go up but i think temps go up due to door being open. temp is at 35 in fridge. i listen to cx video and noise sounds like vibrating noise. i pulled unit out and replaced inverter on compressor looked like it was cracked then found 3 s.s. lines touching metal deff causong some noise snapped pics. adjusted lines and and tested is test 5 ramped compressor full speed and sounds good. told cx to keep an eye on unit and to call us back if noise comes back. unit is good to go

CX complaint was that the unit was making a loud noise during the agitation and spin cycle. I found a stored F7E6 error code. I cleared the code and spun the basket by hand and found a noise caused by the drive cam. I tilted the unit back and inspected under the unit . I found that drive cam nut completly off. I was able to inspect the splutch and foun d no issues. I used a impact gun and resecured the drive cam nut. I then tested unit and unit test good. I collected$139.00 via credit card for serice charges. Unit test good.

I was able to access the drain pump and remove the catch tray and found that it had debris in it blocking the flow of the water. F7e1 tachometer issue x2Customer complaint when trying to wash clothes during agitation or spin cycle unit did nothing and displayed a code above. Arrived today and verified complaint found F7E1 twice in error codes. Cleared error codes and ran diagnostic cycle during cycle when unit got to agitation and spin capacitor just hummedstopped test. Cycle powered off unit and disconnected power. Went under unit and found capacitor defective and leaking. Replaced part and reassembled unit tested unit is now working as intended. No error codes recalibrated unit job complete customer paid in full.
