CX complaint: fabric softener still in dispenser after cycle. Tested and verified complaint. Fabric softener valve is working well. Softener residue is very thick. SR 7733676015 Called WPTL and went over findings. After talking to CX there are 2 possible causes. 1 is that CX may have been putting too much softener in and the other is that CX didnt know softener had to be selected for every load. I asked CX to use the measure marks in cap appropriate to the load and to contact us if the residue has returned over next 2 weeks. Job is complete

"complaint is no hot water entering the unit. checked for codes and found F0E4 load in during clean cycle, F2E1 stuck key, F0E9 OB pause, F0E5 off balance. cleared codes and ran each valve. hot flows for only a second or 2 then flow stops. valve can be heard buzzing the entire time. i removed supply line and ran it into tub. supply has good pressure and pressure did not drop. i replaced the valves with a part from VS. tested unit. all valves have good flow, no noises during test cycle. calibrated unit. cx paid in full for repair.; ordrng 1 W11165546 (valve), used 1 W11165546 (valves) from stock"

GOT HERE cant find anything wrong with the way cooktop is working tried all burners and responding properly no error codes found Cx states that after replacement of module unit didnt work for a day then started to work again checked power on the back 240vac Austin 7733677606 states it could be a loose wiring on the back or a misswire checked all wirings on modules and are secured when I loo on the back found a copper wire installed between Neutral and Ground this could cause unit to loose Neutral per previous conversations with Tl this type of units need to have all connections separated removed pc of cooper wire tested and working fine
