"Cx complaint that the unit still is not completing cycles. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found error codes: f7e6 f7e7. I ran a service cycle and manual tests for spin and agitate. All components passed. I ran a tachometer test (worked fine) and calibrated the unit again. I removed the clutch and belt shield and check under the unit, all is well. I finally allow the cx to run a full normal cycle and everything worked fine. The cx is old I believe she misunderstood the functions of the cycle in relation to the lights on the control panel. For example it does spin some during rinse and it pauses during spin, she was confused. The unit is working as designed. Cx was using way too much detergent as well. I instructed her to the proper amount of detergent to use."

"Cx complained of preheating problems. Inspected the unit and found that it was cycling every few seconds during preheat before stopping at 205 degrees. At the dsi board, the valve rd to org is 221 ohms and from blu to org 218 ohms which is close to 216 ohms range. At the control, the sensor is 1320 ohms at 205 degrees also in range. Tech support says it may be valve or dsi board or gas valve but hard to determine because problem is intermittent SR7733674688"

"cx complaint is the unit not heating. cx said he heard no strange nosies, it runs quietly just does not heat. confirmed complaint, unit does not heat at all. outlet is properly wired and supplying 120vac. pulled unit down and removed cover. found tranformer is getting 110vac. unit heated a wet papertowel twice when testing. normal buzzing can be heard when unit heats. ran unit again. no buzzing, no heat. with no buzzing/heat transformer gets 117. i called techline they had me check magnatron. they said mag is beginning to fail. 7733673671. ordering mag. part is covered by 10 year warrenty. cx paid service call and labor.; ordrng 1 W10818686 (magnetron)"
