arrived and inspected tub to find damage on both the the left and right lower sidedcausing the channel that holds the gasket to seperate from the tub in a way that water pan pass behind the channel negating the seal of the gasket. re-ordering tub to cx's dismay and requesting iot be sent to the office to be inspected before being sent to cx for repair in order to make sure the part is good. cx is actively contacting whirlpool and lowes to try and have the unit replaced as they are very dissatisfied. return visit will still require 2 counts to perform repair due to space constaints in the kitchen; ordrng 1 w11409866 (outer tub)

"Parts ordered were not the parts intended. I intended whole door and hinge recievers but both were incorrect. Inner door liner has lost paint since installed due to the defect. Right hinge tilts inward and causes the door to rub the body which is rubbing off paint. Reordering inner door, both hinges, retainer, Bothe hinge recievers. When i had the door apart i did not see anything that would cause this problem. Unsure if the problem is from door or recievers which may be contorting the hinges. On repair visit try changing recievers first, then test door, if new liner is put on before problem is resolved then it will scratch the new liner. CX complaint: fabric softener still in dispenser after cycle. Tested and verified complaint. Fabric softener valve is working well. Softener residue is very thick. SR 7733676015 Called WPTL and went over findings. After talking to CX there are 2 possible causes. 1 is that CX may have been putting too much softener in and the other is that CX didnt know softener had to be selected for every load. I asked CX to use the measure marks in cap appropriate to the load and to contact us if the residue has returned over next 2 weeks. Job is complete

Inspected unit and found when switch was removed the wire harness for switch is foamed in place, Called office and office advised me to call MR.
