"arrived to replace fascia/console, found wrong color ordered. ordered white but unit is chrome shadow. was able to transfer just the fascia to chrome shadow console. tested unit and ui is working properly now but can hear loud grinding from gearcase in autotest. checked under unit and gearcase is leaking oil. washplate is stuck and has to be broken off to replace gearcase. quoted additional 512.36 for replacing gearcase, slider and washplate including extra 90.00 labor for 2ct. cx declined service at this time and i calling cx service for courtesy coverage. cx said if he doesnt get courtesy coverage, he will not repair unit."

"cx complait is the right front buner flame being large and yellow and when either rigth side burner is turned on the display goes blank. confirmed complaint. display goes out when right or left side burners are turned on, remains blank for a minutes or 2 then time begins flashing. removed catridges and turned burner on to test spark module, display flickers. LF knob turns on downdraft fan with cartridge removed and knob on. called techline they said issue must be in harness and to look for damage to harness. said to unplugg spark module and turn knob to see if it shorts out display. found no damage. with module unplugged display does not go out. cut power to unit, plugged module back in and restored power. tested unit several more times. issue seem to be gone. 7733686645."

"cx complaint unit tripping breaker, would have to reset breaker every 20min. builder sent electrician out and he said breaker checked good but still replaced it. cx said he left an hour before i arrived and it hasnt tripped breaker yet. advised cx that more than likely means issue was in breaker. ran thru all service tests and found everything runs correctly except overload on compressor tripped in test4. overload trips half the times i try to run compressor and when it does run it gets very hot quickly. tried replacing start device and run capacitor, same issue. advised i think there was an issue with breaker because usually this issue doesnt trip breaker. ordering compressor and listed parts under it and drier. call cx to schedule 2ct return visit once we have eta on parts, SS tech only; ordrng 1 W11580057 (compressor) and 1 W11504415 (coupler) and 1 W11504431 (7/5 Nr Ms 00 (high Pressure Side To Compressor)) and 1 W11506619 (coupler) and 1 LOKRING (LOKRING) and 1 W11109499 (drier)"

Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Microwave isn't Heat. ( Microwave is Covered in Grease. Checked the Control Board section. Grease is running down everywhere. This is the second Microwave that Whirlpool had replaced for the cx. Checked the 4903 Relay. I'm getting 120.2 Volts while Door is Open. I then checked it while the Door is closed. I'm getting 120.7 Volts. Called whirlpool Ref # 7733685176. Per Whirlpool Techline they have redeemed the unit as Non-repairable. Cx is to call Whirlpool Customer Care of any questions.

Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that Temperatures are too low. ( Cx has already replaced the Heating Element & Temperature Sensor.) Ran Service Diagnostics on the unit. No Fualt Codes. I then checked the power to the unit. L1 to N = 121.8 Volts. L2 to N = 121.6 volts. L1 to L2 = 243.6 Volts. I then checked the Voltage to the Heating Heating Element to Chase Ground. I'm getting 120.3 Volts. Did a Reset on the main Control Board. Started the Oven to 350 Degrees. Unit will not make it past 250 Degrees. Control board is making the unit cycle in the preheating process. Unit will need the Main Control Board = W10884488. Cx paid for the Service Call Only by Card. If the cx calls back order the main Control Board. Don't go without parts.
