Cx complaint knocking noise when unit is running. Inspected and found drive motor was making a clicking noise. Removed spray arm and re aligned with float switch. Tested unit again for 10 minutes and the noise had not came back. I believe the arm was not installed correctly. Called MR and was walked through with what to do. If problem happens again will be ordering a sump assembly and lower spray arm.

"cx complaint unit tripping breaker, would have to reset breaker every 20min. builder sent electrician out and he said breaker checked good but still replaced it. cx said he left an hour before i arrived and it hasnt tripped breaker yet. advised cx that more than likely means issue was in breaker. ran thru all service tests and found everything runs correctly except overload on compressor tripped in test4. overload trips half the times i try to run compressor and when it does run it gets very hot quickly. tried replacing start device and run capacitor, same issue. advised i think there was an issue with breaker because usually this issue doesnt trip breaker. ordering compressor and listed parts under it and drier. call cx to schedule 2ct return visit once we have eta on parts, SS tech only; ordrng 1 W11580057 (compressor) and 1 W11504415 (coupler) and 1 W11504431 (7/5 Nr Ms 00 (high Pressure Side To Compressor)) and 1 W11506619 (coupler) and 1 LOKRING (LOKRING) and 1 W11109499 (drier)"
