"Cs unit doesnt want to cool in neither section, on arrival i tried to put it in diagnostics but it wouldnt want to respond . i unplugged unit and plugged it back in . Unit immediately started cooling, test 4 went thru its proccess and unit started working again. I beleive the control got glitched up and stopped cooling. Unit is now cooling all the fans are running compressor is now running too. Advised customer to let unit get back down to temp. Will need a control and UI if it stops cooling again. "cx complaint is poor cooling and IM not working. unit is set to 34/3. my prob shows 36/13. freezer evap fan is making a noise when running. inspected evap and fond ice build up along the top of evap hitting the fan and a small amount of ice built up in the bottom center. tested defrost heater, it is working. in normal operation with compressor running unit is pulling 1.3amps. i called techline. they advised from teh ice build up and frost on evap cover that its an air flow issue. refered me to service pointer #W10842568. adivsed ordering adaptor. 7733683251. quoted cx for repair. they paid service call and are going to call whirlpool beings they are not happy with the unit.; ordrng 1 W10864519 (adapter)"

cx complaint unit runs all the time and doesnt seem to hold temps well. inspected unit and found 6 in freezer and 40 in fridge. checked pressures on low side and was at -18. checked over joints with some soapy water but could not get any bubbles. i put a little r600 in it to top it off back to recommended pressures and informed cx to test it out and see if that helps. if we get a call back id send us back with nitrogen so we can try and find any leaks.

cx complaint unit is not draining. inspected unti and confirmed complaint. units drain pump working good but will not come out. checked disposal and was punched out and not clogged. found when the drain hose was off by the high loop the unit would drain the water into my bucket. once the rest of the drain was pput on it would not come out. found the existing drain hose connected from high loop to disposal had a check valve that would not open properly. cx ran to lowes and got a correct hose and i installed it and now it is working good. no leaks draining as it should. job completed.
