Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that Temperatures are too low. ( Cx has already replaced the Heating Element & Temperature Sensor.) Ran Service Diagnostics on the unit. No Fualt Codes. I then checked the power to the unit. L1 to N = 121.8 Volts. L2 to N = 121.6 volts. L1 to L2 = 243.6 Volts. I then checked the Voltage to the Heating Heating Element to Chase Ground. I'm getting 120.3 Volts. Did a Reset on the main Control Board. Started the Oven to 350 Degrees. Unit will not make it past 250 Degrees. Control board is making the unit cycle in the preheating process. Unit will need the Main Control Board = W10884488. Cx paid for the Service Call Only by Card. If the cx calls back order the main Control Board. Don't go without parts.

"F7E1 Tach missin or wrong signal, F7E7 Motor unable to reach target RPM, F0E2 Oversuds, F0E7 Load detected when running clean. Customer complaint unit is not working. I tested the unit and found the unit is not agitating or spinning. I can only hear hum. The unit is acting as if the capacitor is not working. I tested capacitor and is read something but i did not see 50uF. Actutaor is movig and shifting i wanted to order both things but the capacitor is the only available. Ordering the capacito to be replace and if the unit still not detecting RPM needs actuator. Ordering capacitor. 71 at tribles.; ordrng 1 W11395618 (Capacitor)"

"i was able to access unit and replace the actuator, control, and the capacitor. tested unit and still got a f7e1 error code. ohmed drive motor itself and found 9.1 ohms. but no ohms on the other winding. if i test for it at the control i get 0 ohms. test continuty through lower harness to control and got continuty through both wires for the motor. but also got continuty crossing the wires. unit needs lower harness and drive motor. ordering 1 (W11590868), 1 (W11283592); ordrng 1 W11590868 (lower harness) and 1 W11283592 (motor-drve)"
