cx complaint unit is not draining. inspected unti and confirmed complaint. units drain pump working good but will not come out. checked disposal and was punched out and not clogged. found when the drain hose was off by the high loop the unit would drain the water into my bucket. once the rest of the drain was pput on it would not come out. found the existing drain hose connected from high loop to disposal had a check valve that would not open properly. cx ran to lowes and got a correct hose and i installed it and now it is working good. no leaks draining as it should. job completed.

"cx complaint is the unit running on its own, lights turing on/off by themselves and beeping by itself. cx said she came home one day and unit was running a broil cycle, display showed cycle running and unit was at 500 degrees, very hot in the house. when i arrived power was off. turned power on and checked for codes. found none saved. temp prob is reading correct temp for the room. monitored unit for a few min but it did nothing strange. i called techline to document. they said they have not had any known issues with this model but advised replacing control and panel to be safe. they also said when new parts are replaced to swap the L1 and L2 at the terminal block in case of interference. 7733681655. ordering parts. advised cx to only power unit on when in use then turn off.; ordrng 1 W10894098 (control board) and 1 W10893947 (panl-cntrl)"

"cx complaint getting frost in top of fz and leaking onto floor. inspected unit and verified complaint. found alot of water on floor upon arrival. cx said that it will go away then come back. found top side of door gasket fell out and causing frost build up. not convinced all the water on the floor is just from door not sealing properly. pulled back panel off, no signs of leaks, drip pan holding water, no pipes frosting up. found furnace next to unit has steady stream of water leaking out of it onto floor, pic saved, showed cx leak coming from furnace not fz but door is defective causing frost build up. ordering door. advised cx door will be shipped to their house and to call office to schedule return visit after inspecting for damages.; ordrng 1 W10747004 (door) and 1 W11178521 (nameplate)"

cx complaint unit runs all the time and doesnt seem to hold temps well. inspected unit and found 6 in freezer and 40 in fridge. checked pressures on low side and was at -18. checked over joints with some soapy water but could not get any bubbles. i put a little r600 in it to top it off back to recommended pressures and informed cx to test it out and see if that helps. if we get a call back id send us back with nitrogen so we can try and find any leaks.

"cx complaint is poor cooling and IM not working. unit is set to 34/3. my prob shows 36/13. freezer evap fan is making a noise when running. inspected evap and fond ice build up along the top of evap hitting the fan and a small amount of ice built up in the bottom center. tested defrost heater, it is working. in normal operation with compressor running unit is pulling 1.3amps. i called techline. they advised from teh ice build up and frost on evap cover that its an air flow issue. refered me to service pointer #W10842568. adivsed ordering adaptor. 7733683251. quoted cx for repair. they paid service call and are going to call whirlpool beings they are not happy with the unit.; ordrng 1 W10864519 (adapter)"
