The fan motor, compressor and interior lights are working fine. The unit began to build a frost pattern as designed. I did notice the door is not sealing well at the bottom of the unit leaving a gap for warm air to enter the unit. I attempted to adjust the gasket but the seperation is too wide. The cx said before heavy frost would build at the floor of the inside of the unit. The unit will need a new door and gasket to resolve the issue. Checked voltage with unit running and no spikes. read resistance of motor through the harness and got 2.4 Ohms at acu from J8-4 to J9-1. contacted techline and spoke to Rich 7733577746. Reccomended replacing fascia so replaced with one that was pre-id and the model and serial didnt transfer over so Rich said to reorder fascia. Reordering and will bring control back on return as a precaution. once in office will need to set return visit; ordrng 1 W11419058 (fascia)

got to unit and found f0e3 f1e2. replaced control as the cx thinks it needs a control now and was demanding it be put in even though i do not believe that is the issue. checked under unit and found rotor spinning freely and fast. no friction at all. not loose at all. ordering motor parts to fix this issue and fix the noise coming from it when washing. the unit is filling properly. i showed cx both with extra power and without and she understands now how extra power works as well; ordrng 1 W10915700 (stator) and 1 W10754448 (clutch) and 1 W10734521 (slider) and 1 W10915701 (rotor)

The unit did not turn back on, the unit is getting 123v at the control and the console LED is blinking. I noticed the console was on sitting in correct position, the two front clip were not fully inserted allowing a gap at the front of the console. There was obvious signs of moisture under the console.
