"Cx complaint that the unit is not turning on at all. I inspected the unit and confirmed the complaint. I found the unit is getting 124v from the wall and to the unit, however it is not starting at all. I checked the connectors from the main power to the control and they are secure. The control LED is not blinking at all. The cx said it stopped working after the recent power outage during the thunderstorm. The unit will need a new control and UI control at least. I left a quote with the cx and collected the service call fee."

I cleared the blockages with a steamer and used a heat gun to correct the gasket gapping. Unit test good.

"complaint is the unit not cooling and tripping the breaker. when i arrived door was open and unit seemed dead. pulled unit out and found it is unplugged. tested outlet. its wired properly and supplying 120vac. plugged unit in and it didnt power on at all. found outlet is now dead, tripped breaker as soon as it was plugged in. found nothing out of place in rear of unit. found nothing out of place with control board. swapped with preIDed part and restored power, tripped breaker. unplugged compressor and restored power, tripped breaker. unplugged defrost heater, no longer trips breaker. heater is bad. ordering new part. cx paid in full for repair.; ordrng 1 WP2323198 (defrost heater)"

"cx says unit not isnt cooling at all and was leaking water onto the floor from the dispensor. i found freezer temp is 67 degrees. thermistors pass, evap fan running. ran test 4. condensor fan runs, i can not hear compressor running. inspected and found compressor extremly hot and not running. compressor is getting 120vac. every few minutes the compressor tries to run. i only hear a humming noise, doesnt sound like its turning. compressor pulls 7.9amps when it tries to run. after a few seconds it cycles off. compressor is locked up. unit will need compressor. i installed the parts i was sent with. marked UI as failed to bring with me. schedule when all parts are available.; ordrng 1 W11574734 (compressor) and 1 W11506635 (valve coupler) and 1 W11506621 (charging tube) and 1 W11504415 (coupler) and 1 W11504431 (suction line)"
