CX complaint FRIDGE leaks from FC at left & right corners. Found a thick sheet of ice on FC floor - melts then leaks to wood floors. Wood is discolored & warped. See SDpics. Cleared all ice. Pulled ptrap & found debris inside. Ptrap cracked. Replace ptrap. Pan & valve not leaking. Used turkey baster & flushed drain hole. Almost 1 cup of water drains completely > JJ

I installed the ordered part and tested the unit for the cx. The unit is working as designed.

cx complaint unit is no longer cooling. inspected unit and removed evap cover to find frost pattern only reaching half way accross the top line. removed rear cover on unit to find the compressor runs and condensor fan runs. called sealed system tech MM and verified unit is leaking from the evaporator. evaporator is no longer available. unit is none repairable. unit does not check good.

"complaint is the unit still leaking from underneith. inspected under unti and saw nothing out of place, drainlines are all attached with clamps in place. found no cracks or holes in the line. i found no saved error codes. started a service cycle and as soon as water started filling the unit it began leaking under the tub at the drain pump. i found it leaking from the tub where the screw toward the rear of the pump screws into the tub. tub may have cracked when pump was changed. unit will need a new tub. ordering part. after 10min of walking around yelling for the cx i left without getting TY card signed. put on card to call office when part is delivered. cx hates this unit and wants it replaced.; ordrng 1 W11219115 (outer tub)"

cx says the unit is leaking water from the ice maker and the unit leaks water from the freezer. bottom of the freezer is iced over. the drain tube needs to be replaced and Technical Service Pointer #: W10632338E deals with the repair. put the unit into diagnostics and ran test 25. saw the door gaskets are torn and allowing a lot of air in. cx wants to just replace the drain tube kit with all the other problems.

cx complaint went on vacation came home and no ice being made so removed some food and reset power nd next day he had some ice it last for 2 days then stopped again so called for service. inspected unit freezer is at 0 wires on bottom of door look good. ran test 47 11 test 44 ice maker dropped cubes then to test 45 and it filled with water. ice maker seems to not wanna work in normal opperation. ordering ice maker for return; ordrng 1 W10873791 (icemaker)

CX complai t was after last visit unit has not made ice. I found that the the icemaker harness was not fully seated into the connection. I secured the IM Harness and unit test good.

"Cx complaint unit doesn't drain all the time. When arrived found water inside tub. Hit drain function and most of water was removed. Pulled unit out from under counter and found the elbow on the hose connected to port was pinched. That caused the unit to only drain half the water. Reconnected hose to wear it would pinch, ran on normal cycle, pump activated, hit drain function and the unit drained all water from tub. Unit checks good"

As per Technical Service Pointer #: W11540964 found that the bushings matched those of the ones that needed changed and the serial number was within the range. Was able to access unit and replace parts. Tested unit and unit now checks good no further work needed

Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Refrigerator is Freezing items in the Refrigerator Section. I then ran Service Diagnostics on the unit. Ran Service Test 3 - Evaporator Fan & Damper Test. Damper is Opening / Closing.Checked the units Temperatures at the User Interface. Refrigerator is set to 38 Degrees and Freezer is set to 0 Degrees. Checked the Freezer Section. Found good is pushed to the back of the Freezer Section against the Evaporator Cover. This is causing air to blow colder in the refrigerator section. ( Advised that the cx doesn't pack the freezer the way it is. Advised that food shouldn't go past the End of the shelf. I also advised to the cx about how to load the Refrigerator Section. There is a sticker saying don't put food under / by the Damper Control. It could cause the food to freeze.) If any questions please check Sd Pictures. This call is a Use & Care Call. Advised to the cx they only get one of these types of calls. If the cx doesn't change anything they will need to pay a service call. I advised the Cx to call whirlpool for a manual cause they are claiming they didn't get one.
