However the UI console is not responding at all. The unit will need at least a new control and console to resolve the issue. I also notice signs of water leaking from the water valve. The unit need a new water valve as well. I'm ordering the parts for the return visit. Cx complaint unit has Oder and taste of chemical. Inspected and did smell but tasted the ice and it definitely had a chlorine taste to it. Water dispenser does not have a taste to it. Called techline 7733700733 they stated that ice obsorbs like baking soda. That there could have been something in unit and Ive absorbed smell. Told Cx to empty ice bin and food. Clean unit and change the filter. Hopefully that removes the issue. Techline said theres nothing we can do.

"cx complaint unit is not drying the dishes they come out wet and have to be dryed by hand. inspected unit then checked unit for errors and had none, let service cycle run motor sounds good i see bubbles inside so rinse aid is working and heater came on at the end. water inside unit is cool even when runnning the sink. hottest i got the water to come out of sink was 102 degrees, hottest in unit was 95 degrees. i think water needs to be alot hotter to have a better drying result. cx is using pods with rinse aid and rinse aid is turned up to highest so set it for 2. cx has a geothermal water system and said he never runs out of hot water. cx is going to call someone to come out and see if they can turn water temp up and if same issue will call us back."

"sr #7733704787 called techline to confir and document. unit is is warranty per sb web p.o.p. saved to quik pics. cx complaint right door gasket is torn and unit freezing items along the back wall and in the crisper drawer. i found the unit set to 37 degrees 1 below the recommended and freezer is hold 4.6 at product. also found the crisper drawer damper is set to the coldest possible setting. techline agreed the crisper damper should be set warmer and temp should be raised by 2 degrees to try and items need to be left atleast 2' off the back wall. ordering new door gasket and while cx waits for return visit she will monitor temps and freezing issue, also ordering a data logger so if issue persists we can leave data loggers to record temps. MA will have access to data loggers; ordrng 1 W10830046 (gasket-fip) and 2 datalogger (data logger)s"
