"sr #7733704787 called techline to confir and document. unit is is warranty per sb web p.o.p. saved to quik pics. cx complaint right door gasket is torn and unit freezing items along the back wall and in the crisper drawer. i found the unit set to 37 degrees 1 below the recommended and freezer is hold 4.6 at product. also found the crisper drawer damper is set to the coldest possible setting. techline agreed the crisper damper should be set warmer and temp should be raised by 2 degrees to try and items need to be left atleast 2' off the back wall. ordering new door gasket and while cx waits for return visit she will monitor temps and freezing issue, also ordering a data logger so if issue persists we can leave data loggers to record temps. MA will have access to data loggers; ordrng 1 W10830046 (gasket-fip) and 2 datalogger (data logger)s"
