"cx complaint rc door still swingning open hard. explained to cx how cams in door hinge work and once the door is opened to a certain point the cam will open the door the rest of the way and it will also close the door at a certain point so it doesnt get left open. advised cx all i can do is try to level it to her satisfaction but if the floor is out of level then that will limit the adjustments i can make since unit could be wobbley where its leveled good. found floor is a little out of level. tried to level unit to cx satisfaction and got it to open less hard but it still bounces and shakes items in door bins. cx understands theres nothing else i can do for this issue. called techline to documnet, 7733703671, they agree all i can do is level unit. unit is operating as designed"

Checked connections at board and ohmed motor windings at pin 2-4 read 7.4 Ohms and pin 2-3 read 7.3 Ohms. Verified that the unit spun in the right direction and recalibrated. "unit is from RAC and was having issues before unit was paid off, cx said RAC will be paying for service. cx contacted RAC supervisor and he said he can pay for service with c/c over phone and is only fixing functional issues. cx complaint, lid doesnt open as far as it used to but still works, top panel cracked, supply hose doesnt stay connected to sink and power cord missing ground prong. RAC said theyre not fixing lid or cracked panels. RAC sent cx new fill/drain hose that hooks up to sink faucet but cx couldnt get drain hose on. found had to heat up hose and stretch it onto drain fitting. installed new fill/drain hose and tested, no leaks. unit just needs power cord now. ordering power cord, quoted 321.91, paid in full by RAC with c/c. call cx to schedule return visit once we have eta; ordrng 1 W10882052 (power cord)"
