cx complaint unit leaking from front lof unit. was able to access unit and only found code F0E5. Found unit to be unlevel. Adjusted legs to level and calibrated unit. Ran diagnostic cycle and individual component checks and unable to replicate a leak. checked all hoses and under lid to make sure nothing stuck in fabric softener. Called techline and spoke to Orlando 7733716981. This is a known issue and they are sending it to engineering and someone will reach out to cx in the next couple days as of now no further work needed

Upon arrival I found that the unit had not cooled at all since the diag visit. I checked the compressor and found that it was running. I also found that all of the fans were working as well. I then ran test 4 and removed the evap cover in the FC. I found that when the unit got to the FC cooling the lines did not change temp or develop any kind of frost pattern. I called EW and explained my findings. I am ordering the sealed system repair. "installed swtich. didnt make a damn bit of difference. tried running a spin cycle. lid latched, drain pump ran. drum jerked a little but did not spin. unit displayed E4 lid open error code. called techline and spoke with the same guy as the first time i called. he had me check voltage to the drive motor from the board and ohm the motor. motor is in spec and getting 120vac. techsheet says to replace control board though techline didnt know why it needs to be replaced if the board is sending proper voltage and motor is in spec. 7733699061. ordering control as advised by techline per the techsheet. i charged the cx the difference between the lid latch and the control so lid latch can be returned. old lid latch is back on the unit. schedule cx when part is available.; ordrng 1 W11189137 (contol board)"

"cx complaint unit is not drying the dishes they come out wet and have to be dryed by hand. inspected unit then checked unit for errors and had none, let service cycle run motor sounds good i see bubbles inside so rinse aid is working and heater came on at the end. water inside unit is cool even when runnning the sink. hottest i got the water to come out of sink was 102 degrees, hottest in unit was 95 degrees. i think water needs to be alot hotter to have a better drying result. cx is using pods with rinse aid and rinse aid is turned up to highest so set it for 2. cx has a geothermal water system and said he never runs out of hot water. cx is going to call someone to come out and see if they can turn water temp up and if same issue will call us back."

Cx complaint unit has Oder and taste of chemical. Inspected and did smell but tasted the ice and it definitely had a chlorine taste to it. Water dispenser does not have a taste to it. "cx complaint unit is throwing a f9e1 error code. inspected unit and entered it into diag and found error codes f9e1, fae2. cleared codes and ran a auto test, unit got to the drain cycle and the pump was just humming and not draining. pulled unit out and found the drain pump to be fualty. replaced pump with preid part and test unit. unit checks good. also found drip pan to be warpped and not fitting right under unit. ordering 1 (W11550169) please schedule cx once part is in.; ordrng 1 W11550169 (drip, tray)"

cx says the unit is leaking each time they use the washer. no error codes in memory. ran the diagnostic cycle and the unit fills drains spins and agitates good. checked under the unit and i see no water anywhere. ran a deep water fill and the unit has so many suds its going over the agitator. the unit filled to max and i drained the unit and still nothing is leaking. ran the fill tests in component activation xt5 times each and nothing is leaking. checked all exposed plumbing and found nothing leaking. called tech support and spoke with an orlando. file number 7733701995. cannot duplicate leak

Cx complaint that the unit is not turning on at all. I inspected the unit and confirmed the complaint. I found the unit getting 124v from the wall and at the control board. However the UI console is not responding at all. The unit will need at least a new control and console to resolve the issue. I also notice signs of water leaking from the water valve. The unit need a new water valve as well. I'm ordering the parts for the return visit. cx complaint unit powering off intermittently again 3 weeks after the led power board was replaced for a second time. called techline and explained unit was powering off every 3-4 minutes when cx plugged the unit into another out after which it shut off anothe 4-5 times in a 30 minute span and has been working fine since then for the past 5 days. techline adivsed disconnecting the pantry u.i. and leaving it unplugged to see if issue persists. advised cx of this and told her to call in if it persists

"Cx complained the unit had heating problems. Inspected the unit and found that there is a proper 210v at the terminal and a cycling 210v at the bake and broil element. The bake element has 23 ohms and broil 16ohms neither shorted to ground. At 70 degrees, the sensor reads 1085ohms and at 350 degrees 1650 which is in range. All signs point to a control. Service declined. Job complete"

Cx complaint items were freezing in RC section. Inspected inside Rc and found items on top shelf up against the air vent on side of icemaker assembly. Items had ice chunks in them. Other itmes on shelves were pushed back against back wall. Instructed cx to remove items in front of vent and off back wall to provide proper air circulation throughout RC. Temps in RC and FC were set at recommended and were reading normal. No parts are needed. Cx paid 120 service fee.

Explained to cx that this will cause the unit to run more often to get the sections to the temp settings chosen. Reset temp to the recommended 3 bars. Evap fan running fine. All sensors passed tests. "Cs dual burner are not lighting correctly. Confirmed complain. On the right front dual burner the orfice holder are defective not allowing properly fuel/air mixture. you have to blow on it to get it lite. Replaced the ignitor on Rf because it was misaligned spark going sideways but still does light on its own.
