Cx complaint that the unit is not finishing the cycles. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found the cold water pressure is very low again. The previous tech recommended they install screen hose filters to prevent this issue. The well water sediment is clogging the cold side now. I removed the sediment as best as I could the unit is now working as designed. The cx need screen hose filter to catch the sediment and clear the line themselves.

The unit worked ok, the dispenser opened, the cycle ended ok. Collected 465.61 with check # 1981"

"cx complaint unit stops in the middle of cycle and door is locked. not sure if its a power issue in the home or the unit. entered unit into diag and unit had 0 error codes saved. unplugged unit and installed amp meter and plugged unit into meter. ran a unti test, unit reached the max of 8 amps at full spin cycle but then leveled to around 4 amps. unit is on gfci outlet. breaker only has 2 outlets on it i could find. called TL (SR7733715206) TL said they dont recommend unit on gfci outlets. cx said they had someone out to check the outlets. was told it was the unit. replaced control due to issue. tested unit and now unit checks good."

Cx complaint that the unit is not finishing cycles. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found error codes: f0e3 f0e5 f8e1 f2e1 f6e2. I ran a service cycle and all components passed. I noticed the cold side pressure is low. I checked the valve and found the cold side clogged with sediment. I cleared the sediment as best as possible. The water flow is good again. I recommended getting the screen hose filter to catch the sediment. I collected the service call fee. The unit is working as designed.
