cx complaint units water is not coming out again. inspectd unit and found al food in fridge is touching back wall. shlves arent in correct spots. has a drawer in top right of unit and not at bottm like it should be. has food all on the glass at bottom where the air should be channeling not hitting the food. this is main reasonj why the lines are freezing. not proper airflow throughout the fridge. i put control in. set temps and showed cx where food should be and where shelves should go and see if that helps the issue. job completed.

cx complaint that unit is not leaking everytime but is leaking at times from what defintely appears tio be the front area of the unit. all hoses are dry no issues with valve or hoses and external drain hose no cuts etc ran unit then f;lipped over and checked internal drain hose and pump for any water tracings. ffound none. called techline and spoke to cliff 7733701995 this model having known issues with leakinf from that area best and only advise techline said was to make sure unit is very cloe to leveled as possible. shimmed front up to get lkevel and tested
