Cx complaint is that after the unit was leveled it still leaked. Upon arrival i I ran the harvest cycle. I then ran the fill test. The unit filled without overfilling. However after a few moments water started coming from below the icemaker. I removed the ice maker and found that the body was corroded and is causing the leak to occur when filled. I quoted the cx for thecost of replacing the icemaker. Cx paid in full. I was able to set the return for Friday 5/27 pm.; ordrng 1 W11579560 (Ice maker)

Went over all loading instructions with the cx. Advised the cx this is a low Water Washer. Referred the cx to Use & Care Guide. F0E4 = Spin Limited by water Temperature. Hot Water Valve isn't working. F3E2 = Inlet Water Valve Fualt. Hot Water Valve will dump water into the Tub if house Water Valve is turning on. F7E5 = Shifter Fault. Checked the Shifter. Found that the Gearcase is leaking Oil. ( Please see Sd Pictures if any questions.) Unit will need the Gearcase = W11393685, Slider = W10734521, Stator Motor = W10915700, Clutch = W10754448, Motor Rotor & Water Valve = W11165546. If the cx calls back Order all parts. "installed swtich. didnt make a damn bit of difference. tried running a spin cycle. lid latched, drain pump ran. drum jerked a little but did not spin. unit displayed E4 lid open error code. called techline and spoke with the same guy as the first time i called. he had me check voltage to the drive motor from the board and ohm the motor. motor is in spec and getting 120vac. techsheet says to replace control board though techline didnt know why it needs to be replaced if the board is sending proper voltage and motor is in spec. 7733699061. ordering control as advised by techline per the techsheet. i charged the cx the difference between the lid latch and the control so lid latch can be returned. old lid latch is back on the unit. schedule cx when part is available.; ordrng 1 W11189137 (contol board)"
