the unit was unplugged when i arrived. when pierced the unit had positive pressure in the system. replaced the compressor and vacuummed down the system. filled to weight. the compressor starts in test 40 step 3-5 but is not starting in normal operation. thermistors all showing around 70f. test 128 6 not 7. called tech support and spoke with an ed. test 39 the compressor activates. auger mode does not activate. put unit into showroom mode then out and the compressor and ice maker auger activates. the unit is starting to cool down now. the unit is now good

I tested the unit and when i open the door the red light came on for door open and the cx pointed out the red light turning on. I explained to him that the light comes on when the door is open to let them know the ldoor is open. And it will beep if the door is stays open. the unit is cooling unit ia good. F0e5 off balanced load Customer complaints of off-balance load she had stated she came back home to water all over the floor and drain hose pulled out of tube. Arrived today. Inspected unit and found error code above. Cleared error codes and ran test cycle unit completed cycle but did move a little bit during the spin cycle. Pulled unit out and found waterlines to inlet valve or cross threaded causing leaks down the back of the unit and on the floor. Water had got underneath of the feet causing it not to be stablewhich would have caused the unit to move around a lot. Refix lines to inlet valve and make sure there was no leaks dried feet and area and made sure unit was balanced. Ran test cycle unit completed cycle with no movement recalibrated unit unit is now working as intended. Job complete

"cx complaint is the unit not dispensig water or making ice. when i arrived the cx tried to dispense water and nothing came out, no buzzing from valve. ice dispensor works but cubes are very small slivers, very little flow to IM. i tested water dispensor again. it do hear buzzing from valve but still no flow. supply is turned on. found resiviour is frozen. installed set unit to coldest setting. once thawed the dispensor worked properly. cycled IM and it filled properly. working as designed."

Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Refrigerator is leaking Water when Ice Maker is filling. Ran Service Diagnostics on the unit. Ran Service Test 120 - Ice Maker Harvest cycle. Ice Maker Mold will turn half way then flip back to the up right fill position. The Ice Maker will not dump Ice. Ice Maker Motor is Defective. Unit will need a new Ice Maker. CX had delivery team chang door swing on her new elec dryer at time of delivery on 10/9/23. CX conserns are that the door was not reassmebeld correctly. I found that the top door trim was not seated securly and that bracket was loose inside the door causing a rattle to happen as the door was opened or closed. I was able to disassmbel the door and correctedconcerns . Unit test good.

"cx complaint cx was using convect bake and the unit sparked out the back and tripped breaker. inspected unit and found 245.6vac to terminal block, I found good polarity. i found both bake and broil elements tested good. all 4 burners turned on and got hot. I ran convect and found it was working as design. I did find display numbers were not reading correct. I found unit is working as design other then needing control due to display.
