Explained to tech support and he says that air in the filter pushes air in the reservoir but should empty. TL says there could be a imperfection in the reservoir that traps air and doesn't allow it to escape. Going to order a new reservoir. Also, the door pop locks and drops it. I ran test 56 and found E5, test 57 I found unit did harvest and found home postion. test 45 I found Ice mold filled with water. I found ice box fan works on test 36. test 15 I found unit knows when bin is full or empty. i found air supply channel was clogged with ice in FC. I cleared all ice and called TL to document. tl said see if ice comes back. unit checks good for now. i reset power to unit and cleared f5 error."

"cx complaint that unit is still not spinning as fast and stopping early in cycle,, i found no codes and again after couple days ago, i infromed cx on height of drain pipe and flo... causing water to funnel back into the unit.. also today i drained unit to test high spin and water backflowed from the pipe and even leaked little out on consoel left side and took pics of and the water smells horrible they have plumbing issues on top of drain height causing back flow of drain and then caused heavier off balanced loads and stops ealry etc. call TL about this to odoucment and spoke to chris advised no parts further needed for washer repair. cx also wanted parts removed that were replaced but informed, old non core items do not get taken back to shop.. unit is functional itself."

When water fills icemaker could hear air trapped inside line. The icemaker isn't filling all the way. Found the cx has saddle valve that controls water line to unit. The handle continously turns to the right and not sure if it closes or opens all the way. Instructed cx to contact licensed plumber to replace valve so there's steady flow for dispenser and icemaker.

"cx complaint is the unit not cooling in teh RC section. when i arrived the temp in RC was 48, FC shows -5. cx replaced damper themselves after last visit. verified damper is installed correctly and door open/closes in diagnostics. evap fan is running properly. checked thermistors at the board. RC thermistor 4.2k ohms, FC thermistor 13.6k ohms. i inspected the return air duct at bottom of the RC section. it was blocked with foam and ice. once clear air flow was restored. set unit to recomended temps. advised to give it 24hr for temp to adjust and call us back if there are any issues. unit is working as designed."

"The issue was the unit was getting F 27 error code confirmed the issue. Way too much detergent is being used and the soap is cloaking up the pressure switch.
