"The washer will not advance to spin cycle. If forced into it, you have to run the cycle 2-3 times to get the clothes dry enough to put them in the dryer. On occasion it will not progress at all and shut down completely. Inspected unit found several codes f0e8, f9e1,f8e2, cx using way to many clothes and to much detergent. cx complaint doors have gaps on them and you can see the insolation. was able to access unit and after verifying the model and serial and proof of purchase found that the left side rc door had too much insulation causing gaps and seperation. Found the right side rc door to be ok but the freezer door had the same issue with seperation. Contacted techline and spoke to Chris 7733724164. cx says the unit cooled for a couple days before warming back up. unit is room temp when i arrived. the compressor is very warm but its not active or the fans but as i was hooking up guages the compressor and fans activated. the low side pressure is -22psi and the high side is 95psi. .5aac amp draw. unplugged the unit and pressures equilize to 20psi. the unit has no dye anywhere when checking with the uv light.pressurized the unit with nitrogen and taped the guages. sprayed all connections down with soap and water and nothing is bubbling. called tech support and spoke with an austin. file number 7733731894. pressure in the guages has dropped from the taped needle. tech has put the unit into unrepairable because under review for internal leak is not shown on the cbe info.

replaced control and tested unit. nothing from valve or auger and cant turn light on. all plugs clicked and tight. all grounds good. cant find any broken wires as far as we can check. called techline and spoke to Chris and 7733105846 tore and broke down entire unit and jumped some terms and ran tests and pulled harnesses. ran UI through all tests and checks. all parts have been replaced. door switches work to show doors are closed. came to terms unit has a internal wire issue and not sending signal to activate things. advised it seems wire internal issue it cant be repaired and marked non repairable. every part has been replaced that could be. filled report and went over everything with rent a center as well. nothing more we can do. job complete.

"Cx complaint of gas leak. When arrived I used gas sniffer to determine where the leak was coming from. The sniffer went off where the adapter for the gas line is connected to steel pipe coming from burner assembly. Disconnected line and placed gas tape around threads of assembly, tightened down adapter and reconnected gas line. Went around with sniffer and it didn't go off. Ran normal cycle unit and it heats and runs as designed. Unit checks good"

"Cx complaint that the unit is not finishing cycles. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found error codes: f5e2 f8e3. I cleared the codes and attempted a service cycle, after I pressed the button to start the cycle it jumped out of diagnostic mode and shut off completely. I then attempted a normal cycle and it seemed to start but just continued to slowly spin as if it was sensing. No water ever entered the unit.
