cx complaint unit bnot dispensing water properly. inspected and found that a previous company had cut the water resevoir out and bypass with spare water line attached to water tube fittings. also found that when the filter is removed from the filter housing the housing will release pressure and leak very slowly. the ms dispatched is not the ms of the unit being serviced so it is also possible that the valve cx stated the previous company replaced is not the correct valve to this unit. unit will need several parts to correct the issues of the other company prior to properly diagnosing the flow of water at the dispenser. cx has been made aware of this as well.; ordrng 1 WPW10276792 (reservoir) and 1 WPW10121138 (housing) and 1 WP2260518B (cap-filter) and 1 W10408179 (water vavle asm)

CX complaint is compressor not turning on. Verified complaint. Cut steel line going to drier and found it was clogged. Ran nitrogen through system after clearing clog and steel line had nitrogen passing through. Replaced 3way valve and drier. Once again before I brazed drier mad sure it wasnt clogged. Brazed parts listed and pressure tested. Found leak. Removed and replaced UV drier again. Pressure tested and found no leaks. Filled unit with 5.5oz of R143a. Low side pressure was 18 in step 4 and 8 i step 5(both test 4). Compressor is running and unit is cooling. Informed CX 36-48 to get to temps. Job is comnplete
