"Cx complaint unit won't start. When arrived I was unable to enter diag, all LEDs would light but not be able to select or view error codes or start test cycle. Also found water in tub. Accessed the junction box and found the ground wires not connected inside. Shut off power, reconnected wire and secured in junction, restored power and the unit was able to drain water and run normal cycle. Unit now runs as intended. Cx paid 165 for service/labor"
