cx complaint unit is leaking from the door from the ice maker. at first sight i did not see water anywhere in pocket of door or on floor. inspected unit and first tested the ice door. ice door is opening and closing with no issue. seal also seems good. took a interinal temp of ice box and got 25 degrees. unit is keeping ice box cold. its possiable a piece of ice got jammed in the ice door causing ice to heat up and melt. water then ran down into door and on to floor.

cx complaint that unit is having odor from the oven when igniting and had no issues with it igniting.. the unit doesnt have and odor when sitting with no operation like leaking from the unit for house/lines/regulartor.. found the unit is correct as natural gas and not lp... the unit top burners are fully functional.. no issues igniting. found the unit to light up with one click and had it preheat it to 350 in normal time and and when reached 350 the unit does shut gas off. and did 1 click ignite coming bacck on.. i cant smell anything adnormal as far as the smell besides basic heating up smell as the gas is purging when heating. infromed them to possbly contact gas compnay to see if output is to strong... i see no adnormal signs of operations today and no signs of leaking gas....

"cx complaint bellow full of mold, hot water not working and unit not draining well. inspected unit and verified complaint. ran diagnostics f8e1 long fill, f6e1communication error ccu-mcu, f9e1 long drain, f5e2 door lock error. found very little in drain filter, not enough to slow it down but water pumping out slowly. drain pump getting weak. first test cycle only ran hot valve test for a split second then skipped it. 2nd test cycle it did run but water trickling in. water supply is good. quoted cx 832.00 for replacing bellow, valve and drain pump. cx asked for quote for replacing bellow only, quoted 453.40 and advised it may still give error codes and not work correctly without replacing valve/pump. cx paid 120.00 service call with check#2534 and declined service."
