Cx complaint is that the unit is still not staying on. After the last repair the cx said that after the tech left they did a chicken and after about a half houir the unit did the same thing. Upon arrival I found that the igniter is still clicking 4-5 times to ignite even when cold. I adjusted the igniter closer to the burner tube and also found that the harness connector at the ignoter was not tight. I was able to crimp the connector so it is securely fastened to the ingiter. I then tested the unit and it is now igniting immediately. I left the unit run theough several cycles. Unit is now functioning as intended. Job complete

Per previous diag I was able to access and replce the blower wheel and seal. I found that the lint chute and motor housing were not in need of replacement. I found that the motor bracket was bent and not securing the motor squarely. I was able to bend the bracket straight and secure the motor securely. I then tested the unit and found that it is functioning as intended. Job complete

"cx complaint when unit is in a spin cycle it very noisy. inspected unit and entered it into diag and found 0 error codes. ran unit through a auto test, when unit got to the spin cycle it made a metal on metal noise and got louder with speed increase. lifted unit up to find oil leaking from gear case. unit needs a gear case and slider. advised cx it could need more once inside due to age. parts might be seized. qouted cx for full repair and cx declined repair. charged cx only for service call of 120. paid in a check #2155"

Pre id thermistor to be used on return just in case. I was able to run several manule test and found that the the unit is not allowing enough water making thin ice. I contacted WP Tech Line to discuss my findings . Please see SR # 7733741398. AIG REF motor loud/ freezer not cold. Removed door and seen the back wall covered in frost and ice. Removed screws and panel after 20 minutes. And removed frost and ice from the fan and bimetal. Removed all ice and frost in chunks and removed standing water from tray. Also removed dust from fan and condenser area. Told cx to give unit 72 hrs to reach properly temp. Installed EVAP harness and fan motor. Unit working properly. Reinstalled door and back panel.

"Cx complaint is that the unit is not starting a load. It will come on and make noise then go straight to done. Upon arrival I found that there was an F7E7 error code as well as an F7E1. I checked the lower harness and harness has no visible damage or breakagee. I then attempted to run the diag cycle and found that the the unit fills and drains and then i can hear the motor humming like its agitating and spinning but nothing is moving. I verified that the basket is able to spin. I am ordering the parts for the repair and will use the lower harness on return if needed. Please contact cx when the parts are avialable to schedule a retrun visit,; ordrng 1 W11395618 (Capacitor) and 1 W11283592 (Motor) and 1 W11481722 (Actuator) and 1 W11481116 (Encoder) and 1 W11556725 (Control)"

Cx complaint is that the unit is leaking in the front of the washer. Upon arrival I found that the Softener valve is where the leak is coming from. I ran the softener valve test and found that the water pressure coming in is high and is causing the water to splash over the edge of the tub. I was able to lower the pressure coming into the unit and the leak has stopped. Job complete
