cx complaint that unit is having odor from the oven when igniting and had no issues with it igniting.. the unit doesnt have and odor when sitting with no operation like leaking from the unit for house/lines/regulartor.. found the unit is correct as natural gas and not lp... the unit top burners are fully functional.. no issues igniting. found the unit to light up with one click and had it preheat it to 350 in normal time and and when reached 350 the unit does shut gas off. and did 1 click ignite coming bacck on.. i cant smell anything adnormal as far as the smell besides basic heating up smell as the gas is purging when heating. infromed them to possbly contact gas compnay to see if output is to strong... i see no adnormal signs of operations today and no signs of leaking gas....

i was able to access unit and replace the condenser fan blade. tested fan and it tested good. cx also complained about frost building up in RC by where the cold are comes down from the FC. she mentioned about maybe leaving the door open slightly. i started by checking temps in the FC i got a reading with my thermal cuppler of 0 degrees. "Cx complaint that the unit is not cooling in the RC. I inspected the unit and confirmed the complaint. The unit is running fine, overall temps are warmer than usual 36/45. I ran test 5 and it read open, then about 3 minutes later it read pass. So I then ran test 13 for the heater, it did not come on. I checked the harness connector in the rear, I heard from another tech that's the issue sometimes. Still no heater. I check other loads (evap fan, damper etc.) and they worked fine. I checked the defrost sensor ( test 5) a few more times and it read pass each time.The unit is not defrosting. I'm ordering a dispenser control and heater in addition to the pre id parts.; ordrng 1 W11518204 (dispenser control) and 1 WPW10495967 (heater)"

Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Freezer is making a loud noise / vibration. I then checked the Freezer Section / Evaporator. Found that there is Ice hitting the Fan Motor. Removed all Ice on Fan Motor Harness. Evaporator has a good Frost Pattern. Tested the unit. No noise. ( Any questions please check Sd Pictures.) Unit is working as Designed. ( Advised that the cx loads the top shelf in the Refrigerator Section properly. Also advised that the cx loads the freezer correct as well. Cx complaint unit leaking water. Inspected unit and ran test cycle. Check all water lines and drain hose for leaks on outside of unit and found nothing. Lifted unit and checked underneath and didnt see any free stand water. Floor was very dirty so hard to see. Did see that liquid was dumped on side of dryer which is ware the Cx saw the liquid on floor. Let Cx know about washer pans and suggested getting one of those that way we know if it comes from unit. Cx paid 120.00 service call. Unit is working as intended.
