"Per the previouse tech , I was able to access and replace the control and the HMI. I then ra a test cycle and found that the unit powered off during the the cycle. I found the ACU DOA . I found the propper 120 v's at the board , I then ohmed the drain pump at the J10 connector and the pump itself and found 1.4 ohms. I also ohmed the shifter at the J10 and the part itself and found OL. I am ordering 1 Control (W11543998), 1 lower harness (W11591637), 1 drain pump (W11399437), and 1 shifter (W11481722). I called WP Tech Line and explained my findings . Please see SR # 7733734003. Once the parts are avalible, please have someone form the office call to set a return visit.; ordrng 1 W11481722 (shifter TOS) and 1 W11399437 (drain pump 38 @ tribs) and 1 W11543998 (ACU control board 13 @ tribs) and 1 W11591637 (Lower harness TOS)"

"AIG WASHER LOUD GRINDING NOISE. Talked with cx and cx is saying that when the unit is in spin, you can hear a loud roar from the basement. I inspected the unit and spun the unit by hand and can hear the bearings sounds. Not a normal sound, but very loud. The pitch never changes if you spin the basket forward or backwards. No oil or grease is seen at this time. I also removed the belt from the motor to be certain that gear case needs to be replaced. Cx also said that she and her husband read the use and care guide.
