"cx complaint is the RF burner not working properly. cx said when using RF burner they could feel heat from under unit and then the cabinet door blew open and hit cx in the knee. cx used unit again, RF burner and heard a loud whoosh and a large flame blew the lid off the pot that was cooking on that burner. i used gas meter under unit and it did not go off. started RF burner, flames look good. meter under unit started going off after a few min of burner being on. same happened on LF. turned on center burner and it ran for a min then made a loud pop and had a large flame. i verified all burners are converted correctly. checked the reg and found it is not convered to LP and the threads are stripped on that cap so it can not be tightened down properly. ordering reg.; ordrng 1 W11087445 (regulator)"

Cx complaint unit is not working properly inspected unit found The cold water valve filter was clogged with sediment periodically this filter will need to be cleaned out (I've shown the customer this filter) otherwise the unit will not complete the cycle. This is due to the customer being on a well pump water system. This will only happen on the cold water side. The hot water goes through the hot water tank and sediment is in there and therefore does not make it to the unit. Did all other checks unit passed all steps without issue however this clogged filter will need to be cleaned for proper use of the unit. They do sell Washer Inline Filters that attach to valve with sediment cup the cx can buy online so that they only need to turn off water and empty cup as it fills with sediment however this is not part of the unit so cannot be serviced by technician.
