Cx complaint is that since the repair the unit has had the same issue. Upon arrival I found that the unit was at around 50 degrees for about 3 days and is now currently at 38 degrees per my thermo coupler. I also found the FC section to be at 4 degrees. I checked the evaps and found a frost pattern on both and the fans are working as well. I called TL and spoke with Travis. I explained my findings and all info. I ran rinse and sping and the unti filled and detected level and fill a little bit more and the it completed cycle. The unit ie being overfill.Adviced the customer the unit is high energy efficiency unit so less water and customer needs to fill woth less water or use higher level setting like towell or bulky itmes on max fill.
