"cx complaint unit didnt finish cycle and bangs all aorund dryer wont dry clothes, dryer door to hard to open. inspected unit then checked for errors and had none. cx has wet load inside so ran drain and spin and unit wont go up to speed just bangs all around then stops. i then removed clothing and load did look balanced then calibrated control and ran diag cycle and unit seems good. i then put clothes back in and ran drain and spin and spun good now. i started a cycle and washer is working. i then checked dryer side and found no flow going on side for vent we have flow before it goes through ceiling so told cx to get dryer vent cleaned and has no idea so tried explaining best i could. i then infomred her dryer door is normal its suppose to be hard to door wont pop open. unit is good to go"

"CX complaint drum stops running during timed dry, and starts again when the unit cools down.Ran test mode, found only F2E1 error. Ran a timed dry cycle for almost 30 minutes, the unit didn't stop. Called tech line, spoke to Bruce, he thinks the motor overheats and stops running until it cools down. Issue with voltage from the control board or with the motor . Ran a new timed dry cycle, and after 10 minutes the unit stopped. Confirmed 120V sent by the control to the motor while the motor stopped. Ordering motor W11549461 and blower wheel WP697772. The issue is clearly on the HV side, possible damage to the waive guide, unable to check. Quoted repair $571.94 witn $125 labor, $120 for 2nd tech for capacitor W10561770, diode W11256462 and magnetron W11230995. Advised cx that if once we move the unit out, if we find the waive guide damaged, the mw cannot be repaired, and he will be charged for $120 only (2nd tech). Cx needs more time to make a decision. Called Whirlpool Safety at 6:15pm, and there office was closed.
