"CX complaint cycle not starting.Ran diag, found no error. The unit filled, the wash motor didn't run. Removed outer door, disconnected motor and confirmed 116Vac suppliede to the motor by the control. Plugged connector back in, the wash motor started. Possible loose connector or debries jamming impeller got flushed away. Unit ran ok trough all test cycle. Ran a normal cycle too and the motor worked fine. Quoted repair for sump replacement just in case. Quoted repair 503.25 with 125 labor for sump/motor assy WPW10671941 replacement. Advised cx that the quote is valid for 30 days. Cx complaint clothes still wet after cycle. Cx said its sometimes is just bigger items. Inspected unit and ran a test cycle and had a lot of suds rise. Looked at soap and it was not HE certified. Ran cycle until all extra soap was out. Explained to Cx that when the unit has to many suds it can be hard for pump to remove all water. Cx is going to try and use half of what she is using. All of the components were working and spin cycle was perfect. Unit is working as intended. Unit is stacked so if we do need to go into it we will need another tech.

arrived and used gas detector under unit at all connections to gas supply and regulator. meter went off when held at the bottom of the regulator where the gas line attaches. i was able to tighten that connection up a little bit. installed plate and tested unit. let the left front burner run on low while fan was running on high. buner no longer clicks when fan is running. tested around regulator again after letting it air out under counter. meter still goes off. i can not tighten the line up any more. ordering new regulator for return visit because thats the only spot leak detector is going off.; ordrng 1 W11087445 (regulator)

Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Washer isn't Draining Water. Ran Service Diagnostics on the unit. Error Codes are F0E5 = Off Balance Load Detected.F9E1 = Long Drain. I then checked the Drain Pump Section. Found that the Harness to the Drain Pump wasn't plugged into the Drain Pump. Plugged in the Harness. Unit started to Drain. I then Cleared error codes. Ran Service Test on the unit. No Fualt Codes after service test. ( Advised that the cx follow loafing instructions / soap amount. Explained if they put too much soap / overload the washer then there clothes would be wet at the end of the Cycle. Referred the cx to read Use & care guide at this time.) Unit is working as Designed.

"the cx showed me the cooktop has a brown mark(pic), the caps are discoloring(pic,) and the grates are discoloring(pic). the cx is out of the 30 day cosmetic warranty o all these parts. all the burners are good low to high without any yellow tipping or odd flames when tested. when i turned the downdraft on the burners are all sparking from the air movement even close to the medium setting. the flame from the front middle burner when the downdraft is on has the flames being pulled over the discolored area exactly. Technical Service Pointer #: W11105867 deals with this issue. the low settings are correct. cx doesnt know where the downdraft exits the house. the unit needs the restrictor plate. as for the cosmetic issues refered the cx to use and care pages 8-9.; ordrng 1 W11106057 (plate)"
