"complaint is the unit not dispensing ice again. found bin full, ice chtue is not clogged with ice. i tried dispesing cubes and it worked properly. cx said they just cleared a large clump of ice from the chute. also said sometimes it also only dispenses 1-2 cubes at a time with a long pause between cubes causing it to take a while to fill th cube. confirmed that complaint. called techline, they said it sounds like auger motor is running to fast/to slow at times. advised replacing auger motor and coupler as all other parts have been replaced. 7733754034. i found the ice piled up at the front of the bin. unit is leaning forward. cubes may be piling up and jamming. leveled unit. ordering coupler and motor. schedule when available.; ordrng 1 W11310391 (motor) and 1 WPW10169511 (coupling)"

"cx complaint unit isnt making ice and lights are not working. inspected unit and entered it into diag and did test 56 got error code E5. ran test 57 and found unit to harvested ice into ice bin. ran test 45 and unit did dispense water to ice maker. ran test 36 and fan came on. ran test 37 passed. test both the thermistor in the ice box and in the ice maker, p8-1p8-2, 4.79 khoms, p7-1p7-2, 5.81kohm. called TL (SR7733756454) ice maker fan was not on till i unplugged unit to test the thermistors. as soon as i plugged unit back in unit started running 3 mins in and fan turned itself off. tested voltage to fan and found 14.5vdc. unit needs ice maker fan, and 1 led module. qouted 547.19 to cx and she paid in full. installed led module (W1130208) lights all work. ordering 1 (W10846539). ; ordrng 1 W10846539 (evaporator fan blade)"

"Cx complaint that the unit is cooking way past the set temp. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I accidentally cleared code before seeing it. I preheat the oven in bake to 350 and it went up to 460. I check the terminal block and harness. I found the broil element end bent towards the chassis, and the broil connector was making contact with the chassis. There is thermal damage to the sensor and broil wire harness. When the unit is baking the broil element stays on the entire time. The unit will need a new harness, temp sensor and control board just in case to resolve the issue. "Cx complaint that the unit is not making ice. I inspected the unit and confirmed the complaint. I ran multiple test in diagnostic mode: FC thermistor (1), evap fan (3), Ice door motor (11), IM harvest and fill (18), IM level sensor (19), Ice bin thermistor(20) and ice box fan (23). All test passed and worked fine, I removed the housing and seen ice around the mold. The unit has been overflowing freezing the ice around the mold. I removed the tube at the valve and it was not leaking nor was any air leaking causing condensation. I removed the ice and tested the unit, the unit is working as designed. I collected the service call fee by check."

"Cx complaint wet clothes at the end of the cycle.Ran test mode, found F8E1 error. Tested hot and cold valves, they worked ok. Ran a drain and spin cycle, the unit worked as designed, the basket spinned to max speed and the drain pump worked properly. Ran a calibration cycle just in case. Found the end of the drain hose left inside a jenitorial sink at the floor level. Called tech line, spoke to Drew ( sr # 7733760147), he told me that the drain holse at the floor level inside the sink can cause the water to siphons and effect the drain operation. Advised building maintanance about the issue and provided them information about drain hose installation requirement."
