"Cx complaint that the unit is cooking way past the set temp. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I accidentally cleared code before seeing it. I preheat the oven in bake to 350 and it went up to 460. I check the terminal block and harness. I found the broil element end bent towards the chassis, and the broil connector was making contact with the chassis. There is thermal damage to the sensor and broil wire harness. When the unit is baking the broil element stays on the entire time. The unit will need a new harness, temp sensor and control board just in case to resolve the issue. I'm ordering the parts for the return.; ordrng 1 W11544350 (main harness) and 1 W11536794 (control board)"

"Cs water dispenser is making a noise, I found that the water filter was restricted, when you dispense water the pressure from the water would make a thumping noise and lose water pressure, I used my bybass cap to eliminate the filter for testing purposes and the water pressure return and noise went away. Unit needs a new water filter. Also noticed a brown residue on the filter head, advised customer it would be advisable to return the filter head in the future. Unit is now working as designed."

"cx complaint unit isnt making ice and lights are not working. inspected unit and entered it into diag and did test 56 got error code E5. ran test 57 and found unit to harvested ice into ice bin. ran test 45 and unit did dispense water to ice maker. ran test 36 and fan came on. ran test 37 passed. test both the thermistor in the ice box and in the ice maker, p8-1p8-2, 4.79 khoms, p7-1p7-2, 5.81kohm. called TL (SR7733756454) ice maker fan was not on till i unplugged unit to test the thermistors. as soon as i plugged unit back in unit started running 3 mins in and fan turned itself off. tested voltage to fan and found 14.5vdc. unit needs ice maker fan, and 1 led module. qouted 547.19 to cx and she paid in full. installed led module (W1130208) lights all work. ordering 1 (W10846539). ; ordrng 1 W10846539 (evaporator fan blade)"

Rc Evap is buidling a good frost pattern. Ordering Evap fan harness with the thermistors to remedy the off temps in the fridge. complaint is poor cooling in fridge seciton and the ice bin not coming out. unit is set to recomeneded temps. prob shows 47 in fridge. evap has ice build up on it. freezer temp is correct. ice bin is stuck i place. i dispensed cubed and crushed ice several times and was then able to remove the bin. found no forst/ice build up under bin. not sure why it got stuck in place. i melted all ice and replaced control and evap cover per service pointer W11329116C. service pointer has S code S27311 covering parts and labor. cx paid service call. unit is working as designed.

"wanted to rediagnose to make sure heater was the issue. ran diagnostics, f7e1 no heat and f3e3 owi failed calibration. ran test cycle and element heated and is getting 120v. control disabled heater because it sensed an issue with heating circuit. owi thermistor ohms out a 46kohms which should be good. noticed during test cycle the whole unit would vibrate alot and it would come and go throughout whole cycle. called via tech support and was advised sump asm is more than likely cause of issue but still possible it could be control or owi. subtracted cost of heater from sump asm. 84.13heater+5.05tax=89.18 taken out of sump asm cost. sump asm + tax= 253.57. 253.57-89.18= 164.39. cx declined repair and wanst refund. advised 120SC nonrefundable. called office to refund 214.18"
