"wanted to rediagnose to make sure heater was the issue. ran diagnostics, f7e1 no heat and f3e3 owi failed calibration. ran test cycle and element heated and is getting 120v. control disabled heater because it sensed an issue with heating circuit. owi thermistor ohms out a 46kohms which should be good. noticed during test cycle the whole unit would vibrate alot and it would come and go throughout whole cycle. called via tech support and was advised sump asm is more than likely cause of issue but still possible it could be control or owi. subtracted cost of heater from sump asm. 84.13heater+5.05tax=89.18 taken out of sump asm cost. sump asm + tax= 253.57. 253.57-89.18= 164.39. cx declined repair and wanst refund. advised 120SC nonrefundable. called office to refund 214.18"

The ice maker has slushy water in it, The fridge is not cold enough, I looked for refrigerant leaks but i didnt find any. I checked the evap thermistor and it was reading 10k. Rc Evap is buidling a good frost pattern. Ordering Evap fan harness with the thermistors to remedy the off temps in the fridge. "Cs water dispenser is making a noise, I found that the water filter was restricted, when you dispense water the pressure from the water would make a thumping noise and lose water pressure, I used my bybass cap to eliminate the filter for testing purposes and the water pressure return and noise went away. Unit needs a new water filter. Also noticed a brown residue on the filter head, advised customer it would be advisable to return the filter head in the future. Unit is now working as designed."

"check vent/lint screen message. verified message with regular cycle, disconnected vent while starting another cycle, checked vent from dryer and as far up in wall as I could see, both clear, no message from dryer before stopping sensor cycle. reconnected vent, started another cycle, message occured shortly after sensing completed, cust had vents cleaned recently, advised vent cap on roof may still be obstructed."

Per previous diag I was able to access and replace the moisture sensor. I then started the unit and found that the flame is going around the deflector and almost touching the thermostat. I attempeted to adjust the deflector and the ignitor broke. I am ordering the ignitor. I was able to set the retrun for Wednesday 6/1 anytime.; ordrng 1 279311 (Ignitor)

"Cx complaint UI not responding.Found Ui not responding to temp change, temperature in celsius and lights not working.Set temp back to F but no lights and +/- didn't restond on both fc and rc. cx complaint that unit is not going through the cycle and when it appears done she has to go back and run a drain and spin to complete.. i found after calibration and codes no fill and long fill.. i was able to test the vlaves and found the hot to be no issues and cold to be very weak if anything.. removed hose checked screen found debris clogging cold valve screen removed and cleaned reinserted and tested now full pressure all functions are operational and checks good.
