CX complaint is no cool. Inspected and verified complaint. Pulled evap cover looking for leak and could not find one. Installed process stub and pressure tested unit with nitrogen. Pressure stayed at 140. Did not move. Used Blue Monster and checked all connections/welds on entire unit and found no leaks. When i cut stub there was absolutely no oil or refrigerant that came out. Vac'd compresor down to 30 n for 15 mins and vac held after closing gauges. Filled unit with 53g of R600. Evap began forming frost pattern. Told CX 36-48hrs for unit to get to temp. Replaced RC door ordered and also found defective RC door and handles. Ordering all parts needs to repair this unit properly. Cannot reschedule do to oversized part. Deleivery date 3/16 verified so all of this is carried over; ordrng 1 W11435344 (RC door) and 2 W10899551 (handle)s and 2 WPW10141622 (leveling leg)s

cx complaint inside of unit got warm and ice cubes were very small and very little ice was being made. inspected unit and is off so turned it on and ran diagnostics unit seems to be filling slow with water pump came on to put water on evap plate and pump is running dry to amount of water in it. pullled unit out on matt and checked water pressure and is great. removed filter and ran diagnostics again and now unit if filling fast with water and filled to good amount and pump did not run dry. let unit run in normal opperations and started freezing water on plate. when over use and care with cx to run clean cycle once a month or eveything 3 depending on how much she uses and understands. unit is good
