"Cx complaint that the unit is not finishing cycles. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found error codes: f9e1 f2e1. I cleared the codes and ran a service cycle, all components passed. I attempted to run manual test for the water valves and drain, no water entered the unit when I selected cold or hot water. The lid would lock but no response afterwards. I calibrated the unit and tried again then it worked fine. The unit needs a new control board because all functions independently are working fine but there seems to be issues with certain commands being carry out after selecting them. I'm ordering the parts for the return visit. I quoted the cx and collected the service call fee by cash."

"7733776392 file #. per cx unit was giving f3e1 pressure system error so he replaced the control and the issue persisted so he removed the control and put the original board back in and it gave error again mid cycle. this time i found f8e1 long fill and f2e1 stuck key verified key function in encoder test and verified valve function in components tests, also inspected connections on pressure hose and blew through it to check for leaks or obstructions all were good. called techline to look for additional input after which i calibrated the unit and ran a quick wash which completed properly and per techline if cycle finished properly advised cx to continue use. collected 120 service call by cc. job complete."

cx complaint loud noise from freezer section. was able to access unit and remove evap cover and found ice build up on the fan. was able to use my steamer to clear the ice. found that when ice maker calls for ice a couple drops are missing the chute and falling onto fan causing issue contacted techline and spoke to Andy 7733776003. he wants us to order 3 seperate ice chutes and use the one that fits. ordering the part and once in office will need to call in and set return; ordrng 1 w10472793 (ice chute) and 1 2196157 (ice chute) and 1 2155466 (ice chute)

Pressure stayed at 140. Did not move. Used Blue Monster and checked all connections/welds on entire unit and found no leaks. When i cut stub there was absolutely no oil or refrigerant that came out. Vac'd compresor down to 30 n for 15 mins and vac held after closing gauges. Filled unit with 53g of R600. Evap began forming frost pattern. Told CX 36-48hrs for unit to get to temp. Replaced RC door ordered and also found defective RC door and handles. Ordering all parts needs to repair this unit properly. Cannot reschedule do to oversized part.
