"cx complaint unit intermittently dispensing crushed ice instead of cubed. working good at this time. switched between crushed and cubed several times and each time solenoid stayed down for crushed and moved up for solid. cx said that usually will dispenser mostly solid cubes with some crushed mixed in and they switch between both ice types often. advised cx that sometimes there can be leftover crushed ice in container that will come out next time they switch to cubed and that crushed ice fragments can get left in ice chute, ice door and container door and let warm air in and cause ice to melt and refreeze so it may get crushed trying to break cubes apart. cx understands. unit is operating as designed at this time"

"Cx complaint that the unit is not working. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found an error code: f5e4. Cx said the unit starting doing this after they ran a self clean cycle. I checked test mode and the unit recognized the door being opened and closed for the upper and lower oven. All other test functions worked except the door motor (clean button). I preheated the oven to 350 degrees, the unit successfully preheated. The unit does not work in self clean mode. The latch motor is working (it recognizes the door open and closed), but it is not responding to the command given from the controls. The unit will need a new control board and UI console to resolve the issue. I'm ordering the part for the return visit.; ordrng 1 W10841979 (control) and 1 W10864166 (UI console)"

cx complaint plate in middle is loose and somtimes wet close at the end of cycle. inspected unit then checked for errors and had f3e1 and f0e2 so cleared them checked wash plate it wiggles bolt is kinda tight. tighten wash plate and ran servce cycle and went trhough good. checked under unit and is hard to tell if oil leaked out or something leaked out. infomred cx unit might need gearcase and she will get a new washer since that cost alot. i then went over loading and cx dropps clothes around so maybe clothes got tangled and made wash plate loose. cx now knows how to load properly and wash plate is tight. colllected for service fee
