Removed leads from element and tested across both, confirmed 120 across in/outline power through element but when plugged in that power grounds to the chasis. "Cx complaint that the unit is not working. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found an error code: f5e4. Cx said the unit starting doing this after they ran a self clean cycle. I checked test mode and the unit recognized the door being opened and closed for the upper and lower oven. All other test functions worked except the door motor (clean button). I preheated the oven to 350 degrees, the unit successfully preheated. The unit does not work in self clean mode. The latch motor is working (it recognizes the door open and closed), but it is not responding to the command given from the controls. "cx complaint unit intermittently dispensing crushed ice instead of cubed. working good at this time. switched between crushed and cubed several times and each time solenoid stayed down for crushed and moved up for solid. cx said that usually will dispenser mostly solid cubes with some crushed mixed in and they switch between both ice types often. advised cx that sometimes there can be leftover crushed ice in container that will come out next time they switch to cubed and that crushed ice fragments can get left in ice chute, ice door and container door and let warm air in and cause ice to melt and refreeze so it may get crushed trying to break cubes apart. cx understands. unit is operating as designed at this time"

"arrived to install parts and evap is heavily overfrosted and needs to be thawed out but you have no access from the front to vacuum the pan out to keep it from overflowing water onto the brand new hardwood, it looks like the unit needs to be pulled out to get access to the pan to drain it as its being thawed return visit will require 2 techs and 2 ct to thaw and defrost. i explained to cx we can try and thaw and hopefully soak up all the water with towels but explained i cant guarantee the pan wont overflow until the hardwood, cx said the floors are brand new and he doesnt wanna take any chances risking water damage. please reschedule asap for 2 techs an"

Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Washer is Shaking while in Spin Cycle. Ran Service Diagnostics on the unit. No Error Codes. ( Advised to the cx that the Washer has no base to the cabinet. In the Spin Cycle Washer will shake a little because of this. Also cx has the washer in a Drain Pan that isn't hooked to the floor. This is causing the washer to move as well.) Advised that the cx reads the Use & Care Guide. I also advised the Cx to watch there Load Size - Soap Amount. Unit is working as Designed.
