Vent Wax Fan Eletric Problem.F10E2 F8E4 Over Fill Float Switch Open did find drip pan with water in it to trip float. cleaned and cleared that. cleared code and tested unit. will order parts needed and office to schedule.; ordrng 1 W11537778 (Heater) and 1 W11410066 (Control) and 1 W11611303 (Harness) and 1 W11416460 (Gasket)

Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Washer is Shaking while in Spin Cycle. Ran Service Diagnostics on the unit. No Error Codes. ( Advised to the cx that the Washer has no base to the cabinet. In the Spin Cycle Washer will shake a little because of this. Also cx has the washer in a Drain Pan that isn't hooked to the floor. This is causing the washer to move as well.) Advised that the cx reads the Use & Care Guide. I also advised the Cx to watch there Load Size - Soap Amount. Unit is working as Designed. This is the Cx 1 and only use and Care call.

"arrived to install parts and evap is heavily overfrosted and needs to be thawed out but you have no access from the front to vacuum the pan out to keep it from overflowing water onto the brand new hardwood, it looks like the unit needs to be pulled out to get access to the pan to drain it as its being thawed return visit will require 2 techs and 2 ct to thaw and defrost. i explained to cx we can try and thaw and hopefully soak up all the water with towels but explained i cant guarantee the pan wont overflow until the hardwood, cx said the floors are brand new and he doesnt wanna take any chances risking water damage. please reschedule asap for 2 techs an"
