Cx complaint that the unit is violently shaking during wash cycles. I inspected the unit and confirmed the complaint. I found that the unit is too close to the dryer making contact with it. I also notice one of the leveling feet came out of position. I put the level foot back in position and tested as well as calibrated the unit for the cx. The unit is working as designed.

Unit is running for 20-30 seconds and shutting off and not running in that time. Called WPTL and they deemed the unit non repairable. Checked the harness from AM to inverter for comunication and verified power going to the inverter. Unit has damage in the wave guide where it is not visible. Unit is non repairable. Job is complete.
