"Removed top, no power to control board. Found circuit breaker tripped in mid position. Turned power on, the unit turned on. Ran test mode, found F4E4 and F4E3 errors. Power supply ok, the unit heated up and worked properly. Unable to find the reason of the F4e4 error, possible steam backflowing in the unit, because of the restricted airflow, causing a temporary short on the IML.. Advised cx to have the vent checked/cleaned by a professional. At the moment I was unable to replicate any issue"

Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Refrigerator isn't cooling. Checked the Compressor Section. Found Piercing Valve on the low side of the compressor line. No high Drier installed. Removed the Piercing Valve . Installed a Access Valve & Drier. Filled the unit with 140 Psi of Nitrogen. Waited 20 mins. No change in pressure. Filled the unit with 6.0 Oz's of R134 A. Pressures are 125 on the high side and 1 Bar on the low side. Unit is starting to Cool. Unit is working as Designed. Cx paid for labor by Card. Complaint was dry wouldn't show up on the unit confirmed issue seen the F70 error code communication failure between ccu and uic I cleared the error code then disconnected the power to the unit and check the communication cable seen no issue with cable but when I ran the dry again the error code went away I don't come back I waited around for about 30 mins and nothing came back if issue happens again cx would need ccu ; ordrng 1 W10242897 (Harness) and 1 W11475717 (Control)

"cx complaint is the unit not filling with water. cx just moved in and said unit has not worked at all. i found no saved codes. started service cycle and valve buzzed but no water flow. i found water supply turned off. turned it on and could hear water flowing but nothing entered unit. turned water off and removed toe panel. found water line is not attached to valve, its just laying under the unit. cleaned up the water and used the 90 degree fitting from the preIDed valve to attach the water line. turned water back on. nothing leaked. ran service cycle with no issues. unit is working as designed."
