All components passed and the heater came on (184 degrees). I explained to the cx the function and purpose of rinse aid as well as the impact of the tub being plastic rather than metal (poor insulation of the heat). Tracks showed perfect 90 degrees with the cabinet. cx complaint times are off on diplay for each cycles some say 9 plus hours. inspected unit then checked times for each cycle and they are showing 9 pus hours snapped pic. i then checked unit for errros and had none. unplugged unit for 5 minutes and plugged back in and now unit is showing correct times. maybe they had a power clitch and through control off. cx thn had me look at dryer said long dry times showed unit has f4e3 error and i stopped told him to google code and get vent cleaned. unit is good

cx complaint is the unit leaking from the door. cx said it started a week and half ago and seem to be worse on the left side. leak doesnt start until halfway through the cycle. when i arrived cx had the unit running. i let it run until it started leaking to confirm the complaint. after 30-40min unit started leaking at the left corner of the door. i used clear door to watch arms spin. lower wash arm is spraying water from under the arm near the middle of the arm causing a large rush of water to go forward causing the leak. the water spilling form the door lines up with the spray from that arm. every time it comes around to the left front the door leaks. unit needs lower spray arm. quoted cx for repair. he paid service call and said he wasnt sure he wanted to pay that much to fix the unit.; ordrng 1 W10837249 (spray arm lower)
