The issue was the bar the screw most likely was broken. Also i explained to the custoemr taht the filter must be installed for the draft to go up and down. Called office and i forgot that i had to collect for labor. So The cx needs 305.92 refund + 200 labor. The cx needs 105.92 refund. sending parts back.

"Cx complaint that the unit is leaking water from the dispenser. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found when the ice is dispensed it occasionally gets caught in the seperator mouth. Then the ice caught melts resulting in leaking. The unit is working fine, just the timing of the ice dispensing stopping is slower than the seperator closing. The unit is working as designed. No part or modification can be made to prevent this occasionally issue I have called techline before for this complaint."

replaced valve control and vent and tested unit. unit now filled and heater came on and drained well. unit just sat and made noise. sump wouldnt kick on. went to replace sump and pieces were broken off and big hole in side of box and drain pump plug was damaged. part was marked checked as well. cx saw pieces when i opened box on counter and said he didnt want a broken one. will need to order another pump as well as heater as that has not been done either. as soon as parts are in office will schedule.; ordrng 1 W11416362 (Sump n Motor) and 1 W11537778 (Heater)
